We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, whilst only one night you get a sense of the relaxed atmoshpere. Our daughter is two and had lots of fun in the playroom along with other children staying at the hotel. Breakfast was very nice, but my husband would have preferred a bit more choice for the cooked offerings but only...

The hotel was recommended by some friends who are neighbours of Judith and Kevin's, due to the locality to their farm, and we were pleased with our choice. We felt very welcomed by both Judith and Kevin, and our room was far larger than we needed (we had one of the well appointed family suites and there was only two...

We stayed here with our son who is nearly 3, and he didn't want to leave. The indoor playroom is as well-equipped as any nursery, and the garden is big and perfect for running off some energy. It was also fantastic to have a separate room for our son to sleep in, at a price that didn't break the bank....

The bathroom was clean, the towels that were provided in large quantise...

We spent a weekend at The Bulstone in February 2012 and had a great time! The rooms where clean, the play room was great and the food was absolutely delicious! Even fresh milk was provided in the seperate kitchen and fruit was offered the whole day! Would certainly recommend it to every family with little kids who needs a break...

if you are looking for contemporary decor and slick service then this isn't the place for you. however, if you want somewhere that offers spacious accomodation that is reasonably clean, and friendly, welcoming service then you'll love it. 5* luxury it is not but we never felt worried about the children scratching expensive furniture and never felt we had to...

Refreshing experience, the Bulstone had a lot of character and a warm and friendly atmosphere. There was plenty for the kids to do, a playroom as well as a large garden with plenty of toys kept them entertained during the stay! Food was great and rooms were of a good standard. Recommend the Bulstone to any families looking to stay...

Great for the kids, who have freedom in safety. Great dinners and wine for the adults. Friendly atmosphere. Lots to do in the area. Better value than other options we have tried. What more could we ask? Can't believe the moaners. We are a family with two boys who have stayed for one week at the Bulstone Hotel almost every...

We stayed here some months ago, and have been meaning to write a review for a while now. I found the website led me to a false sense of high expectation with this hotel. I was disappointed. The hotel is in need of some love, but the owners are very accommodating. It really depends on what you want from your...
