Brilliant from start to finish. John and Susanne were welcoming and informative about where to visit without being intrusive. They went the extra mile to help out and the accommodation was lovely, great finishing touches. Brilliant breakfasts too, we will definitely be back!

Exactly a year later, we revisited Decoy Barns, and the stay was just as lovely. We stayed in a standard room this time, not the family room. But we still got a bigger bathroom and a bigger bed, which suited my 6'5" partner very well. All rooms are at least Kingsize. Breakfast still amazing. Beautifully presented. And our hosts always...

My mum and I stayed at Decoy Barn as it just happened to be the closest to a family wedding venue we were attending. From the moment we arrived, John and his golf umbrella came to greet us and helped us in with our bags. We were offered tea/coffee and after being shown to our beautifully light and airy room,...

I stayed at Decoy Barn as a stop off point during a cycling tour with my two brothers. When we arrived, the owner immediately helped us safely store our bikes before showing us to the immaculately presented and spotless clean rooms. When asked about nearly pubs / restaurants, the owner not only booked these for us, but drove us there...

John and Suzanne are fantastic hosts. Their kindness towards my daughter is something I will always remember fondly about our trip to England. We will definitely return if ever in the...

Stayed at this we'll run a B & B. for three nights with friends. The rooms are comfortable and the setting is rural and tranquil. I can fully recommend the Decoy Barn for its good breakfasts and good value. The location is within striking distance of Gt Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads. Well worth a visit.

John and Suzanne were the most welcoming of hosts. The room was kept very clean, had a modern bathroom, wall mounted tv with free view channels, and tea and coffee facilities. The outside patio area and garden were beautiful to sit in especially when the sun shone! Breakfasts... An excellent choice from fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit salad, smoked salmon...

Can't Fault the Decoy Barns. Run by two really great people the whole stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble even got a packed lunch for race day was a life saves. Room was but the bed was the best I've ever slept in away from home.
