This hotel is a couple of steps away from the beach, and is very close to a bunch of restaurants and bars. However, it has no beach of its own, in fact, it's located right where the beach becomes "public." It's always very noisy at the resort because the walls are paper thin. I could always here my next door...

My husband and I have been members of Cabo Villas since 2008. We actually have not stayed at the resort until last week. We became members because of the location thinking it was a perfect walk to/from the downtown area, marina and because it had the swimmable beach, Playa Medano. Room: Overall the stay was enjoyable and no complaints. The...

My family and I have stayed at the Cabo Villa 3 times in the last 6 years. We love the place so we keep coming back. Bought a 20 year time share and plan on using it. The last trip we asked for a 2 bedroom with a pool view. We were given 2 connecting 1 bedrooms. This did not...

When you arrive at Cabo Villas Beach Resort and Spa you are greeted by a "hostess" who offers you a drink and chips and salsa and then the sales pitch starts. Now this is a timeshare property so ok, I guess....? Only they are not selling timeshare space but amenities/activity packages. They offer you snorkeling, boating, dining, ATV, etc....at very...

Pros: Right on the Beach, walking distance to marina, 3 pools to chose from, roof top restaurant (baja cantina) is good and inexpensive Cons: most of the beach is taken up by a restaurant so there isn't much private space, unorganized when checking in, got charged for something random (broken pitcher?) when checking out, room is older and a bit...

I just returned from another great trip to Cabo. I usually stay at the Villa del Arco where I'm a member, but this time I used a friend's week and stayed at the Cabo Villas. It's a smaller property with not as many amenities, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in location. I LOVED being right...

My beau owns a time share at this property. We stayed in a one bedroom one bathroom suite which included a living area and a kitchen. Pluses - large room with a balcony. Well kept facility. Several restaurants and bars. Great spa - had a massage and pedicure. Good location. Beach access with swimming. Two pools and large hot tub....

My friends and I just got back from a week at this resort. The sales people did not bother us (maybe because we were all 20 somethings) and we enjoyed every minute of it. Our room was large and the food was amazing everywhere we went. It is located so close to everything that you never had to take a...

We stayed here in January 2013. Our experience was mediocre at best. When we booked in October the staff asked if the first floor was okay and I said yes. Well, the first floor in this resort is the basement and this was never explained. When I think of first floor, I think of ground level. We were placed in...

This resort was THE BEST!!!! Here's my breakdown: Check in-We were greeted promptly and given margaritas, a nice start. They offered us to attend their 90 minute timeshare presentation. We went and for attending we got free tickets to several excursions. They weren't pushy and we politely said no. The resort/room-BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!! We had room 1110, the 1 bedroom deluxe. Everything...
