Hope I’m not to late answering your question. Honestly, the cheapest way to and from the airport is to give away your time by doing a vacation ownership (time share) presentation. You will loose half of your day, but you get free airport transportation to and from, they will feed you breakfast, and, depending on your negotiation skills, you can get a at least two excursions. Number of excursions depends on the size of your group.
If that’s not your cup of tea, then take a shared shuttle. I think it’s like $25 per person. You don’t have to prearrange it. Any of the uniformed taxi drivers will assist you. Your resort concierge will arrange your return shuttle.
Of course, if you have a large group, 4 or more, take a private taxi. It may run you $100 or more, but it’s cheaper than a shared shuttle.
