We arrived Saturday afternoon on March 11th and were sitting on the lounges overlooking the ocean and was approached by Antonio "Pepe" about drinks. He gave us excellent service the entire week that we were poolside at the resort so highly recommend him. We are...More
I stayed here over spring break with my friend and literally had to flee the resort for fear of being raped by the hotel workers. After the bellboy dropped us off, we immediately received a call directly to our room at 4:30 am from another...More
When we bought at the villas we were aware of outstanding perks that come with this purchase. A chef and a bartender seemed pretty minor in the overall scheme of things. But without a doubt, the two meals that were prepared for us at our...More

The hotel was wonderful - call and ask for your request! You won’t be disappointed staying there.

Perry is correct, July is not hurricane season, but it will be hot. There are plenty of pools, including a kid friendly pool near Building 4. We found the last time we were there in May there were more families than usual, and daily activities in the kid friendly pool. You can walk to the beach area, definitely no swimming, lots of rocks, big and small and tide pools to explore. The rip tide is serious in Cabo, so everyone MUST be closely tended. It is very fun and calming to watch the tide come in and go out and splash on the rocks. The hotel is adding many more buildings, so there is construction going on, but it is behind the buildings where most everyone stays. The guest rooms are just beautiful and I think all have balconies. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The food is delicious as well. We always enjoy our stay at the Hacienda. Have fun.
