This was our first time to Los Cabos. We have vacationed with Vidanta at 3 other resorts. Each Vidanta resort is unique, but all have tremendous service, are immaculately clean, and incredible pools. Reading other reviews before we checked in May 26, we were concerned...More

Unorganized. Bad lay out. No kitchenette in the studio, Resort fee. Whole place overpriced. They think they are 5 star, they are three star. On the ocean, but views are blocked by over planting and buildings. Even locked in the room can not get away...More

It is a very nice place, however, is also very expensive to eat and to drink. They have three restaurants on the resorts but are sponsored by Hakasan. Taco Tuesday at the one of the resrptaurants was very good. The pool is big but is...More

Been here several times(some good experiences, some not so good). They seem to have completed the extensive construction. The plus-very nice restaurants and bars. The minus- the Omni club noise could be a problem for the older generation( unless you are into it). Just avoid...More

Beautiful restoration. Problem: There is a nightclub for very young people. From Thursday to Sunday, from 3:oo on, music BLARES and you cannot stay at the pool. You are warned about this when you register. Also, only one restaurant, Herringbone's for dinner and an expensive...More

We are members and were told by club staff that we had to pay to enter. Why pay? The club music is so loud it overpowers all conversations in the restaurants and the pool areas. Just sit anywhere, including your room, and... More

Hello, planning a trip to The Grand Mayan in September. I've been before but not since the renovations after the hurricane. A few questions: 1. Does anyone have a photo of any of the menus for the onsite restaurants. I'm trying to decide on the food package. Curious of the onsite food selections and prices and the cost of the food packages. Also, any photos of the restaurants would be wonderful! 2. If you do the presentation is there any chance to get upgraded to the top newly renovated floor? I believe this is now considered Grand Bliss or Luxxe? What are the offers when you do the presentation. I don't intend to do it but curious how sweet they make the deal in order to persuade you to do the presentation. 3. Is the spa portion of the gym included in the resort fee, ($30PP PD)? I'm talking about the wet side with the steam, sauna, etc. 4. If you refuse the presentation are you doomed to the 1st floor with no view? Do you have views from the second floor? Basically wondering what my chances are to get a room with a view if I'm exchanging through RCI? Thanks so much for any input!!!
