This hotel calls itself a castle and looks beautiful from the outside (you can see it in the mountains well before you arrive). It has a gorgeous old exterior. The rooms however are very sparse and do not seem to match the hotel - they seemed more like hostel rooms with the bare minimum. Simple beds, weird orange wall paint....

The hotel is a beautiful schloss in a lovely location above Admont - but it is really very basic inside, more like a hostel than hotel. There was only one member of staff on duty when we arrived and the first two rooms we were allocated had not been cleaned after the previous guests. We finally got a clean, but...

The hotel is reached through a steep and narrow road, so you keep your fingers crossed that you dont meet a car on the way up. Staff very friendly, i asked for a room not near the lift which by the way must be the noisyist lift i have been on, only to find they gave me the room opposite...

This hotel ( castle) is located about 2k from the centre of Admont on the edge of the mountain with forest to the rear. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and directed us to our room on the 2nd floor, easy to get to by lift at rear of restaurant. We had paid extra to upgrade to a suite (only £2.00) which was...

Location: few kilometers from the city centre of Admont next to the forest. Free parking. Hotel: modernised castle. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Nice terrace with beautiful view over the valley. Room: the room in this review is one of both on the highest floor. The elevator only leads you to one floor below and you must take...

Had a cozy room with skylight and sleeping loft. Stunning views to the monastery in Admont, the valley and mountains. When it was bedtime, we waited almost seeing the White lady and the headless knight. Sweet and friendly staff and service. A varied breakfast buffet with large selections. A perfect place to stay also with older children

This castle is on the top of the mountain through a narrow road with a fantastic view over Admont city and mountain view. What you pay for is not the room but for the view and experience, which I say worth it. The room rather standard and plain but comfortable, it would be super if the room is design to...

A short weekend getaway left us wanting more! We only stayed one night in this gorgeous castle, in the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in ( room 108). From our room we watched the fog creep in and cover the city below while the stars shined and the snow covered mountains glittered. It was truly magical. The...

Because Jufas cater especially to families you can in general expect to enjoy a relaxing holiday - if you are a family. What makes this location special is also the setting in a castle and the vicinity to the Gesäuse with its special landscape!
