We have spent 6 nights at Les Marmottes this summer. We were a group of hickers and enjoyed coming back to the gite every evening to the comfortable ensuite bedrooms and the rich local homemade meals. Bed linen is included along with bathroom towels and the rooms were very clean, and tastefully decorated. The gite is owned by a friendly couple. We have enjoyed the outdoor terrace, the closeby church where we have attended a traditional corsican songs concert. The village is also of great interest since it dates back from the middle ages and was a fortified village. Streets in the old town are tiny and full of history. There is also a convenience store at walking distance from the gite. The town in the valley is also of great architectural interest: St Martin Vésubie. More
