We only stayed for one night of 4 booked online. On arrival they didn't have any reservation for us, probably should have clued onto this as we had sent them a question both on their website and via email with no reply. We had booked a private double with bathroom and they managed to accommodate us in a 4 bed...

The staff was friendly and the rooms clean. Breakfast was average. My stay of two nights was marred the second day when toilet paper in the ladies restroom finished and was not replaced. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned every day. As I said, clean and safe but walk with a roll of toilet paper.

The hostel was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. We were the only people in the hostel the first night, and there was one more guest the second night. The only private room is pretty close to the street, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. The breakfast was pretty average in terms of hostel breakfasts - but...

The staff is really sweet. They were always willing to give advice and clarify any doubts. The room was spotless. Actually the entire hostel was really clean. the location is great, it's only a few blocks from the Cathedral. It's definitely one of the nicer places I've stayed. If you're a coffee drinker, definitely wake up early for the coffee...

The hostel itself is nicely laid out and pretty. I was given a warm welcome and the staff were friendly and helpful. The girls’ bathroom was spotless although the showers were either too hot or too cold from the slightest turn of the tap. You can get a free locker and a key for a deposit on arrival. The kitchen...

this hostel was really nice and cosy, and the staff were helpful. I can truly recommend it! It was also clean and I liked the city tour they arranged. The breakfast was totally ok, good coffee. I appreciate the personal touch it had and the atmosphere in general.

The Hostel was top notch. The staff was very friendly. They even made us feel at home, with a Christmas Eve dinner! That was especially important for me, (I was alone on Christmas.) Pros: Great Staff, Great Location, and the city is wonderful. Cons: Wifi was slow, water was either too hot, or too cold.

Really enjoyed my time at this hostel - it is comfortable and centrally located, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable with lots of hot water. There's wifi, a roof terrace, comfortable bunk beds and lots of space. Breakfast is included too!

“The dorms seemed a bit dark and the pillows are very flimsy - so I'd recommend hunting in the dorms for a better one if needed. I'd definitely try to avoid the dorm that it right next to the street if possible.”
lexis620, 19 Feb 2014 | Read review
“Avoid the 12-bed dorm unless you are a very heavy sleeper, as it is right at the front of the building and traffic noise is considerable, especially in the early mornings. Smaller dorms towards the back are a better bet.”
