At the Hotel Virrey you are going to travel in time back a couple of centuries. First of all you are located right in the most important plaza of Morelia. City that happens to have the most intresting heritage. Rooms are nice and spacious. Most ammenities are there. Probably the highlight was the viewy to the cathedral and breakfast with...

Lovely location but definitely ask for a room that does not face the street or square. Even a room without windows or with a terrible view is preferable to one that opens to the street. The noise from a local restaurant is rage-level high volume until 10:30 M-Th and all night on weekends. The older, stately woman at reception was...

This is a beautiful hotel and I am sorry that I did not have the opportunity to stay there. The architecture is wonderful, with a special feature being the stained glass ceiling. The colonnades make a great setting for a meal while watching the activity in the zocalo. We had the botanas for two and it was just right for...

A lovely, comfortable hotel. My only criticism is that the beautiful woman at the front desk was pretentious, rude, and very unhelpful. The complementary breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is right on this main square so the city life is very active and lively.

This hotel has a nice and quite good restaurant, they have a good service and good location too. It is not spectacular but it will give you a good time, for a nice talk. If you go there during the day you should have a coffee outside, not recommend have a lunch or dinner outside, it is very windy.

This i nicely appointed boutique style hotel. That's where it ends. They put me in room 107. Putting a guest in that room will ensure, they will never visit again. The room is so close to the street it is ridiculous. you here every single car drive by, exhaust and tires. I am writing the review from the bed at...

Me and my wife arrived in Morelia late in the evening because we missed a bus connection. We wandered in the Hotel Verray because we liked the look of it and we decided to take a room. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. We stayed only one night but we also had dinner and breakfast at...

Visited the bar at Hotel Virrey de Mendoza last night for a drink and dinner. Due to the beautiful weather here, everyone was dining out on the terrace. The live music was outstanding! Inside, I was the only patron at the bar. After a short wait, the bartender acknowledged me and I ordered a beer while looking at the menu....

Wonderful hotel! Previous reviews note outdated bathrooms but I am happy to say my room had been recently renovated. My room was very small but very clean and comfortable with a completely modern bathroom. Large walk in shower, luxurious towels and bedding. Previous reviews don't mention a hairdryer but one was provided. My room overlooked a small courtyard. Very quiet....

The hotel is well located in the main plaza. The hotel lobby is beautiful but very dark. The ceiling is an all a stained glass dome which is worth going into the hotel to take a look if you in the main plaza. They basically offer street view or patio view rooms. The street view rooms are very noisy, however...
