We stayed at Casa Reyna Hotel for 2 nights on our way to Mexico City via Oaxaca. Room was very beautiful and it is a lovely hotel with a very popular restaurant. Unfortunately the customer service does not come anywhere close to matching the setting or the image of a first rate hotel that the hotel tries to cultivate. Upon...

Dear Guests, Thank you so much for your review, we are sorry about the laundry service or the taxi service you got during your stay, but we also want to let you know our perspective of it. Laundry service prices are even cheaper than most hotels, we charge $60 pesos ($4.5 usd) per piece, either pants or shirts, it's a...

I usually stop in Puebla for one or two nights on my way from Oaxaca to the airport in D.F. So, I've stayed at five or six different Puebla hotels over the years. This was my first time at Casareyna and it was by far superior to any other experience. Within easy walking distance to El Parian and Paseo San...

Casareyna is the perfect example of how a hotel should be. The building has an amazing atmosphere and the rooms are beautifully designed, but it's the dedication of the hotel staff that makes this place so unique. I have stayed at many hotels - ranging from budget guesthouses to 5 star luxuirous hotels, but I have never experienced such professionalism...

We enjoyed two nights in the lovely Casareyna Hotel. You are welcomed by a friendly, personable and accommodating staff and handed a lovely, cold glass of horchata. There is a courtyard featuring some very old ruined walls from centuries past, beautifully designed and subtle plantings and some admirable sculpture. The rooms are quiet due to the thick, thick walls. The...

We stayed with our children at the hotel in September for 2 nights. The hotel is beautiful, large modern rooms. The hotel has everything that we were looking for: location, parking, free wifi and breakfast included in the rate. The breakfast that is included is a fruit plate, a slice of sweet bread and juice and coffee or tea. You...

We stayed in this boutique hotel over the Mexican Independence weekend 2012. It's a charming establishment renovated from a 16th century home with only a dozen or so rooms of varying sizes. We were with three very young children and this created problems entirely not of the hotel's making, but it would have been nice if they had put us...

We have stayed in many hotels and Casareyna is one of the finest we have ever stayed in during our many years of travel. Just giving this hotel five stars is not enough. As a travel agent you can become jaded with hotels. The experience of staying in an extraordinary boutique hotel like this is a breath of fresh air....

The Hotel Boutique Casareyna is without a doubt a work of art. The designers/architects saw the potential in the ruins of this 16th century home and succeeded in bringing it back to life as a modern and comfortable hotel and restaurant, yet retaining the pieces that remind you that this was a home more than four centuries ago. They managed...
