This Hotel was a great value. I was just staying overnight, and wanted a convenient, inexpensive hotel, and this was perfect. I checked in early, so the front desk watched my bags and gave me a map of the city so I could go exploring. It is close to both the city center and old market, and the neighborhood is... More

An interesting modern looking building with an impressive looking lobby. Located within walking distance of the interesting centre of the city. Claims 4 Star status, but lacking facilities expected in a 4 Star establishment. Had no airconditioning but did provide two very noisy fans which proved ineffective. Located on a busy, noisy intersection but the windows lacked double glazing to... More

Stayed there for a week in early April. The room price was a tremendous bargain, but there was NO A/C! They do provide a fan to circulate the air, but the card key regulates the electricity. So, when you leave, you CANNOT maintain the fan running unless you secure another key. The bed was fairly comfortable. Hot water was fairly... More

We spent only one night in this hotel. Our trip across Mexico was excellent. But this hotel wasn't that excellent. Staff is friendly and the room was clean. But the room was extremely small and without a window with fresh air. It was extremely noisy and this the whole night. Staff did nothing about this fact. If we come back... More

We booked a room in the „colonial part“ of the hotel. The room was quite big, with wooden floor and two “frensh” balconies. There are sufficient wardrobe / racks but no safe for valuables. The bathroom is small and has just one very small shelf. The windows are very simple and do not prevent from street noise. Over the room... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night during a tour of central Mexico. The hotel is placed quite centrally, and is convenient for getting out and about. Our room had two double beds, a desk, TV (only Spanish speaking channels), and a good bathroom. The room overlooked an impressive church on the opposite side of the road. Wi-fi was... More

Stayed one day but loved it and walking distance from everything. Breakfast and parking were free. Very clean and employees very eager to help with your everyday needs. There are candy stores, restaurants, art stores and antique stores all in walking distance. Don't forget to visit Cholula. For the price and location I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in two separate rooms: a single and a suite. Suite was outstanding for the money: about $35/night. Booking.com rate was FAR cheaper than posted rates at reception. Credit cards accepted. No A/C. Fans. Clean and modern. Good restaurant onsite. Easy five-minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. Wifi. Beautiful old church across the street. Stores, banks, internet cafes, laundry... More

Stayed here for one night in March whilst visiting puebla. We had a colonial room, which was a more traditional decor but still very modern. Ideally located for both business and leisure, as our guest you will enjoy a harmonious combination of comfort and culture during your visit to Puebla.Part of the building is an original 16th-century hacienda that was enlarged in the 1960s to create an unusual mix of old world charm and modern convenience.
