I stayed in two separate rooms: a single and a suite. Suite was outstanding for the money: about $35/night. Booking.com rate was FAR cheaper than posted rates at reception. Credit cards accepted. No A/C. Fans. Clean and modern. Good restaurant onsite. Easy five-minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. Wifi. Beautiful old church across the street. Stores, banks, internet cafes, laundry...

Stayed here for one night in March whilst visiting puebla. We had a colonial room, which was a more traditional decor but still very modern. The other room option was a modern room which was decorated very nicely as well. Rooms were comfortable, very quiet and a great nights sleep. Staff were very helpful and were bilingual mostly. The hotel...

We stayed here to spend the new year's eve night using a different booking site. The Hotel staff was really helpful the moment we arrive as they assist us with bags, car and any question we had about Puebla. The rooms were OK but hot with no AC, but there was a small fan cooler and Puebla is fresh in...

It' impossible to sleep correctly in this hotel. There is no isolation. You can heard the room beside yours. The only positive thing is that the hotel is in the center Last time in this hotel...........

Excellent option for visiting the historical city. Parking was included in the price so it is a great if you have a car. I got a fantastic internet rate directly from their website. Did...

The hotel rooms are clean and nicely laid out. They are not big but you don’t feel cramped either. The bathroom is a bit cramped and we did not have hot water either in the evening or the morning – although our fellow travellers did. The hotel is perfectly located in the central part of town and with close walking...

This is a cheaper hotel but very clean and well serviced. The staff are friendly and did their best to help but their English is not too good - and my Mexican was even worse! But we managed to work around this. There was no air conditioning but this didn;t seem to matter as Puebla is at some altitude and...

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend, I chose this hotel because of the nice pictures they had, accessible price and good reviews online. The hotel itself is OK, the pictures did not lie, the room was nice and clean. We stayed there in April, the hottest time in this area, and the room did not have air condition...

I found the place to be clean, safe, and accessible. Our first room was small yet clean and the bed was comfortable, I would probably recommend that room (206) to a single person or two people max. I requested to be moved to a handicap room if possible and the staff did move us right away, that room was much...

Hotel Senorial is located just three blocks from the zocalo of Puebla's Historic City Center and only one block from the Puebla Convention Center. Ideally located for both business and leisure, as our guest you will enjoy a harmonious combination of comfort and culture during your visit to Puebla.Part of the building is an original 16th-century hacienda that was enlarged in the 1960s to create an unusual mix of old world charm and modern convenience. Directly in front of the hotel is the 16th-century Church of San Cristobal, an excellent example of the workmanship and stone-carving that is famous in Puebla. ... more   less
