We went there for just one night. We booked this place in a hurry. The hotel is very well placed to explore Puebla. Facilities are OK . We had a small mosquitoes invasion but hotel staff managed to help us out. Rooms are OK and the views are nice. We did not have breakfast included. Overall is a nice place,...

The hotel is nice and well located but you need a lot of patience sine rooms took more than an hour to be given. The front desk staff is rude and slow. It took them half an hour to give me my luggage. I've never experienced such bad service in a hotel before

I stayed here for a couple of nights when I was visiting the Universidad Autónoma de México. First, as other reviewers have noted, the entrance hall is gorgeous. The hotel was built in the 18th century as a private residence and was converted to a hotel some time (I think) in the late 20th century. Fortunately some of its original...

Hotel San Leonardo is half a block away from downtown Puebla you would expect to be in a noisy hotel, but the rooms are far from the street, and pleasantly quiet. San Leonard Ina's excellent location , most attractions, museums, stores, and restaurants are less than a five minute pleasant walk from the hotel. The rooms are bright and clean,...

OK.. So you've seen the pictures of the stunning entrance way. That is not the way the rest of the hotel looks. The rest of the hotel is pretty much a Holiday Inn. (Indeed the nonworking heating- AC apparatus hanging on the wall still had its Holiday Inn sticker on it.) Its renovation is very dated already. Still, you feel...

I booked this room without reading any reviews because of short notice. When I got on Tripadvisor to write my review I was really surprised about the negative things I read. My experience was really positive! Upon arriving we found the entrance to be very beautiful! The security and bellhops were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. The...

The hotel is close to the Zocalo; The lobby is stunning; a very elegant entrance. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The restaurant is expensive for breakfast. It would be a good place for an elegant dinner. Staff was helpful with planning a tour. Good view of the church roofs from the 5th floor.

Stayed 2 nights. Stunning entrance. This is a stately mansion located in the historical centre. We stayed in room 1105 separate wing, first floor, no elevator. Room is small. Two single beds. Airco is smack over the headstand of one bed. No way to have it on while somebody is in the bed. You can open the window for fresh...
