Myself and my wife stayed in 'Flint' for the last 3 nights and I have to say it exceeded our expectations by a long long way. In a quiet idyllic location if you are looking for a relaxing country break then this is by far the best we have ever been too. We were looking to book at the last... More

Booked as a last minute overnight on the way to the South coast we didn't know what to expect and were really chuffed to find a fantastic farmhouse with massive rooms, a massive, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with a stand alone bath, great shower, a choice of magazines and really nice shampoos, lotions and bits and pieces. We were there for 2 nights (Parsonage) in order to go to Great Dorset Steam Fair, which this B&B is very convenient for. Lovely location, pretty villages, smashing farmhouse and grounds. Very warm welcome and we were looked after very well. Thank you. Sorry to hear it will not be a B&B after October (but self catering accommodation will be... More

Book Bed & Breakfast at Launceston Farm. Sarah is the perfect hostess, catering for every need. Food served is produced on the farm. Great location for walking, cycling and general sightseeing. Self-catering apartments also available. Village is very pretty and has a good pub for evening meals.

I found the "Farm" by pure chance, and what a find, Sarah was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and she has so much enthusiasm. The rooms are fantastic, and the Breakfasts are wonderful. We will be trying the self catering next. This is a must do for anyone, who enjoys the countryside, however it is also within easy reach... More

The BnB has everything you could want and is just beautiful. I love the home made cake and tea offered on arrival and little biscuits in your room. You can come and go... More

We spent two nights at this lovely farmhouse which offers every comfort in an idyllic setting. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, en suite, with superb views of the countryside and tea/coffee making facilities. Our bedroom had a free standing three quarter bath which was elegant and lovely to use. Dinner is offered on Mondays and Fridays. The 'House' book... More

Beautiful old farmhouse B&B in a peaceful location. The room was large with a well equipped en-suite shower room, king size bed and oriental themed furniture. Breakfast included cereal, yoghurt, fruit, fresh fruit smoothies, to a full English.

I've been visiting Launceston Farm for over 6 years now and I'm pleased to be able to say the high standards have been maintained throughout. For my visit in June I stayed in Scraggs which is one of my favourite rooms with the freestanding slipper bath & massive & ornate comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with some good company... More
