What a great B&B this is. Warmly welcomed and thoroughly well looked after by Michelle, we stayed for 2 nights in the upstairs room with the large double bed. Views of Carsington water from bedroom and guest sitting room. Weather was still a bit chilly but Michelle lit the log burner each evening, providing a cosy place to sit. Excellent...

Had an excellent stay this weekend, nothing was to much trouble and the rooms are a real home from home. Excellent breakfast, home cooked and a wide selection of cereals etc. Just up from the lake, perfect for cycling. Would defiantly go back again.

Crabtree cottage was a fabulous base for our October half term break with our young family. The cottage itself is wonderfully equipped and offers plenty of space both inside and out with its own garden, shared with the the charming flock of free roaming hens which provided plenty of entertainment for our little ones. Whilst feeling truly rural the property...

We stayed only one night for a wedding at Shiningford Manor. What a charming B+B in an equally charming setting. Spotlessly clean, very welcoming hosts and very high standard breakfast and service. There was no TV in our twin room but this was no problem for one I night. Would highly recommend.

Damson Cottage provided us with a fabulous home-from-home last week. The private garden, hens, size of cottage and, most of all, the owners made this a lovely place to stay. Thank you to Michelle and Andrew. See you soon.

Just got back from a two night stay at Breach Farm. Michelle served us with a pot of tea and homemade cake when we had finished unpacking, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was of a very high quality, and plenty of everything. We had the double room upstairs, and the bed was the comfiest I...

We go to Derbyshire each June to see friends who have close to my family for about 50 years - Gosh! Last year they suggested the B/B at Breach Farm and we were thrilled. The B/B is beautiful - a separate entity from the cottages but with its own little private garden which is very peaceful - a few sheep...

Fabulous spot a short walk from the shores of Carsington water, beautiful garden with chickens and cute pair of dogs knocking about in the yard, room lovely, warm and quiet. There was no TV in the room but in with only two B&B rooms we had the lounge and the fire to ourselves when we came back from dinner so...

A great long weekend spent in Damson cottage. Really lovely hosts, and a great book full of local treasures. Weather was beautiful and sunny, followed by rain, followed by snow! Loved every second of it. Within a stones throw of carsington water, which was perfect for a walk. Would definitely return! Thank you!
