If you do you most likely will stay at another facility
miles away and in an area where the workers live
To get to restaurant in the area you will have to rent
a golf cart for $50USD...More

along the coast there are colectivos (public buses) or taxis or you can rent a car.
From playa del carmen (or tulum) there are Ado buses which connect several places.
