The stay and meals were a gift receive by my sister which we were able to tag along and enjoy. We had a great day doing wine tasting and browsing in gift shops along the lake We arrived at BnB around 5 and sat outside on patio for wine before dinner. Dinner was prepared by Ben our host and it was created with local produce and meats. It is difficult to describe how beautifully each dish was presented in our 5 course meal. I have never had a meal before that could compare . Everything was perfectly prepared and tasted amazing. The four of us had the BnB to ourselves but they can accommodate up to 6 couples The home is older and has been part of Combers history for many years. Each room is decorated in a stately style and has its own bathroom. The bed was very comfy.. Thanks to

When you are greeted at the door by a basket of hand-knit slippers, as well as a welcoming host, you know you're in a special place! A charming historic home with an urban loft feel. We came for a dinner to celebrate a friends wedding and booked to stay one night. Dinner was a culinary delight, prepared by Chef Ben and served by his effecient staff. Our room was very comfortable, well appointed, charming. Breakfast was a complete treat served in the sunroom. We would revisit and recommend! A great place for any occasion!

Walking into this B&B feels like walking into another century, with its Victorian charm and original architectural details, until you see the modern bathrooms, feel the luxurious bed sheets and mattresses, and taste the spectacular meals chef Benjamin Leblanc-Beaudoin creates. We celebrated New Years Eve weekend at the B&B after visiting 8 excellent wineries in the area, brining our wine to enjoy at each of the incredible 5 course meals Ben set out for us. An most memorable and enchanting weekend. We'll be back for sure. Absolutely worth the 3 hour drive from Toronto.

We spent a weekend at Iron Kettle for a family wedding. The rooms are large, well kept, and the beds comfy. Towels, robes, TV, and most other amenities are provided. The place is quite large, and the grounds well kept. It is not necessary to say anything but 'delicious' regarding the food. Our stay was perfect and we can only say thank-you for the hospitality. We would not hesitate in recommending a stay at the Iron Kettle. Perfect location explore the Lake Erie and Lake St. Clair areas from.

Loved our stay here, clean and comfortable. The house itself is full of character and charm. The stair case in the entrance was original, made me feel back in time. Just a lovely home feel inside and out. The staff were great, food was local! Try the homemade jam! I liked having coffee in little cups with saucers too in the morning.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful Victorian house for a weekend in September with six friends. We had a really wonderful time. The friendly and helpful owner, Ben, is a chef and serves a delicious breakfast in the sun-filled enclosed porch. Ours included frittatas, homemade oatmeal, waffles, breads and homemade jams. The best, though, was dinner, which can be purchased in addition to the b and b rate and is well worth it. Dinner on each night was beautifully cooked and presented in the Victorian dining room, and made from local ingredients. Ben brought out each course and chatted with us about where he found the ingredients and how he prepared them. I loved the squash, carrot, apple ginger soup with goat cheese and I am still thinking about the perfectly prepared

Our experience was great. Bed was comfortable, quiet. Breakfast was awesome! Loved the way the old house was clean, well decorated and easy to get too. The service and conversation with Ben was interesting and worth every moment of time. We have since talked about going back one day soon.
