spent spring break with the family at Sonoran Sea. Travel from So. Az was easy and the room at the resort was ready when I arrived. They are large with full kitchen, which is nice for cooking. The property is clean with two restaurants within walking distance. Felt safe at the property. Pool was lively with plenty of water activities...

Great views on the beach. Condos were nice and fairly well equipped. Ours had great wifi, the common area wifi was terrible. Good pools. Our condo needs to have the stove fixed or replaced. Resort does a good job of controlling spring breakers.

I go every other year and it is the best place to rest and enjoy the calm beach. I love to rent the ground level condos. Makes for a very relaxing family vacations. The kids love to play volleyball at the beach, ride the banana boats and jet skis.......

This was our first trip to Rocky Point. We drove down from Tucson. This was during fall break for my children and also my wife was recovering from an operation. We were looking for a place to relax and just enjoy being around each other. This was a perfect spot. We only took beachwear and the weather was perfect. The...

Great hotel right on the sand. The pool is great too. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The balcony's are great for watching the sunset/sunrise. The restaurant has delicious food so you never really need to leave the resort.

The people in the Sonoran Sea is so bad educated, they treat you as if you're a thief. Guards on the pool tried talked to us (my friends and I) as if we were doing things against them, they literally bully us as a group, threatened to bring the Police just because they are the "authority" high prices for an...

This was my first trip to Puerto Peñasco so the only expectations I had were based on reviews of the resort. Overall, it was a great experience! I couldn't give them 5 stars, as their Wifi did not work and it was advertised as available in all rooms. If you are anything like me and ALWAYS have to catch up...

I recently stayed at Sonoran Sea for the 7th time. I really like this place, but getting a good condo is really key. I believe that for the most part, each condo is owned by a separate owner. So while the floor plan is pretty much the same through out the property, the décor/furniture/supplies for each unit is very different....

Have been to the property before and enjoy going to Puerto Penasco/Rocky Point. Stayed in a 2bd2ba unit that was cheaper than any hotel room in San Diego. Views are spectacular. Gated hotel parking, two bars restaurants with walking distance, Super Ley market in town for everything you need for the kitchen in the unit. Plenty of good restaurants in...

The balconies are larger than the other Sonoran properties. I stayed there 2 nights and both days the beach was cleaned by a tractor. It was immaculate. They have a volleyball net to use on the beach. One of the pools is heated during the winter to 86 degrees. The little store on the property is very nice with a...
