Very good place. Stayed in a room located in second floor for 2 nights during our Xmas vacations. Love this roof made from palm leaves. Room decorated with a very good taste. Everything was clean. Location is 100% match our needs (close to main square in downtown). Hosts are very friendly.

Booked this B&B for 5 days at Christmas. Great location, as it is ne block away from the Old Port, which has all the shops, vendors, and restaurants. It is not a luxury B&B, but the quaint atmosphere is enjoyable. Oscar and Lupita were helpful in recommending restaurants, and also in giving directions. After 5 nights, they felt like friends....

Make us feel home, beautiful view if you ask for the upstairs rooms. The Hosts are very nice people. Great location at the Malecon, few steps away from the water and restaurants . They have everything we needed at the kitchenette.

If you love to people watch and scenic views this place is so accomodating. Lupita the owner drove us the night we arrived to a nearby taco place which was great since we were tired and had no idea where to go. We made a friend in Lupita in Rocky Pointe and Felt safe in our little studio size room.

in spite of extreme condoization of much of the area outside the old port. We stayed in Dream Weaver's Casita#2, with lively artistic colors and furnishings Mexico style, and a lovely interior patio. The place was CLEAN, comfortable and within walking distance of the Malecon with its great views of the water and birdlife, fish vendors, markets and restaurants, &...

Stayed in Casita #1 during Rocky Point Rally weekend. My wife and I had a comfortable stay. We only used the room for sleeping and getting ready to venture out so this was an excellent location for us as you just cross the street and you are on El Malecon. I agree with all of the previous positive reviews on...

We stay here whenever we go to Rocky Point - several times a year. Oscar and his wife are very nice and welcoming! A block from the old port. We have stayed in most every room they have and they are all very nice and decorated nicely. I am very picky about my food and where I eat. Be sure...

Nice small Inn close to Malecon but away from noisy night clubs. Great reception by Lupita who gave great advice on restaurants, etc. and was generally very helpful Quiet and comfortable with views of water exactly as advertised.
