When we arrived after a grueling 12 hour bus ride we found they had no rooms as there was a volleyball tournament in town. The sweet ladies at reception called around to see if another hotel had space and found us an excellent place. Then one of them came out and summoned us a taxi, told him where to go...

Nice small hotel in downtown Leon. Near the Plaza and many restaurants around. The room has fridge and microwave, very nice and roomy bathroom. The room is not big but it is OK. Although it is a pet friendly, there was no animal sounds that bother. People at the reception desk were very friendly, fast and want to help you...

We have no complaints. The hotel was in a good location, just a few streets from centro and a 15-20 minute walk to the leather district. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in the center of towns in Mexico and they are always so loud. Our room didn't have any windows (which some reviewers complained about but we...

The hThe hotel is located just a short walk from the historic center. The staff is extremly friendly. The hotel was newly renovated to add a modern artistic flare without hiding the beauty of the historic building. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with tall ceilings. The hotel also acts as an art gallery displaying local artwork. The continental breakfast...

The hotel was clean and the women at the desk were very friendly and helpful. However, even though the website advertises multilingual services, that didn't seem to be the case at all. When we inquired about dinner the restaurant staff could not be located. They were supposed to be open at 7:00 pm and when we went to check at...

This small, boutique hotel was newly renovated, -with interiors that are well designed and superbly appointed. However, we arrived in late December, on a cold and very rainy day, which showed up the hotel's short-comings. -The room AC had to work very hard to provide a comfortable temperature; -Getting hot water in the shower was also a challenge; -We had...

“We would note that the rooms do not have exterior windows, but rather have shuttered openings onto the 2 story interior corridors which are not very sound-proof. Therefore, we would definitely suggest taking a ground floor room, far from the entry area.”

“Our room was near the front desk which was a little noisier but we managed to sleep well. Also please note that most rooms come with one double bed not a queen size bed.”
