Horrible! Simply horrible hotel where we had to stay due to delayed flight and this was the accommodation we got from the Malaysian airline which doesn’t have that good reputation. Lobby is just ok, but there stops the good points. Smelly rooms, non functioning AC, no WiFi etc etc etc, simply avoid. Actually, it had been better to just have... More

Our plane was delayed, and we had to stay in this one star horrible place, the bathroom is small and very poor! The bed and pillow were ancient, I felt unsafe and everything was out of the 60s. Don't stay there!

I stayed at The Aston Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights .. The reason I chose to stay at The Aston because I have business meetings at Putrajaya. Distance from The Aston to Putrajaya approximately around 30 minutes. The front office staff were very nice and helpful, I request for late check out for pack things up.. they allow... More

Total dump....from rooms, cleanliness, health & safety hazards, food provided, wifi connection, poor communication from staff who could bearable speak English (but tried to be helpful and friendly).....and the biggest culprit had to be Malaysian Airlines who dumped us on site due to the plane cancellation to Bali from Kuala Lumpur because of the volcanic ash. Would have definitely preferred... More

On our way to Hong Kong our Malaysian Airlines flight was cancelled due to a typhoon warning. After a 6 hour wait we were shuttled to the Aston at 10 pm. The place is a dump. The place smelt. The hallways were dirty, stained, poorly lit. Our room was even worse. Darkly lit I suppose to hide the dirt and... More

Whilst travelling to Thai, our connecting flight to Ko Samui from KL was cancelled due to fog. Unfortunate, but one of them things. After an eternity at airport we were bussed for half an hour to this DUMP! Please if you find yourself in this situation do NOT accept this accommodation under any circumstances. The 'hotel' and I use the... More

We also were stranded by Malaysia Airlines - another story - and after our horrible ordeal with the airlines we all needed a nice place to help mend ourselves because of shattered travel plans, so it was with great disappointment and disgust to enter this place. We did have a double bed but the mattress and pillows were hard, linen... More

Disgusting, putrid, smelly, old, shabby,in need of a bulldozer! Another Air Asia slip up we found ourselves dumped off here near midnight due to delayed flights. Better off staying at the airport, at least you might have a clean chair and toilet to use. The trip from airport took over half an hour and then you are left in no... More

Air Asia missed connection meant myself and 16 other passengers, bound for Australia, were taken to this hotel in the middle of the night. It looked bad then but daylight the next day didn't improve things. The corridor on the 5th floor was foreboding, dark and gloomy with ruched up carpeting. I was in the end room. The light switch...
