My husband and I stayed at the Grand Hotel in Plessis-Robinson in mid-May. The hotel was nice but with dated decor that leant itself to an old-world European feel. The shower had great water pressure but had mold in the far bottom corner. Customer service experience was great until the last day when a girl behind the desk couldn't be... More

Stayed for work for 6 nights, the rooms are not too big but comfortable enough, nice staff breakfast included is simple but good enough for any taste. Small comfy bar. Nice restaurant at walking distance from the hotel two blocks up or down and walking distance to clamart. One hour from the airport Charles de Gould around 110 euros for... More

Stayed here last month as a result of it being the suggested accommodation for the meetings I was attending. Quite easy to reach from the Gare Du Nord ( Eurostar), which I came by, followed by RER B Sud to Robinson and a bus (the 179 is quickest from the station to the stop named 'Resistance') taking about 1 hour... This hotel is close to my business location so my client booked me here. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The public transportation is easy and efficient. The room is clean and the staff is nice. If you need to do some Paris sightseeing the location is quite far from the city (Louvre, the Tower, etc). The hotel restaurant makes some... More

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is through this feed back that we can improve our services. Regarding our WiFi installation, we are working on this problem which occurs when too many people are connecting simultaneously, performing heavy downloads and streamings. We'll find a solution. The room and cleaning staff were lovely. The front reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal (a short walk to several restaurants; a super market; laundry services, hair salon; a bus that is a five min ride to the RER; etc). The restaurant served good food. For the entire two weeks that I, and several of my... More

The hotel is very well located for those who need to work nearby Plessis Robinson. In the evening, it is also convenient for the restaurants in the surroundings. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. I've been coming to this hotel for one year due to work and despite some mishaps, always felt unsure about how to rate the service. Reception is... More

Thank you very much for your review on our hotel. The reception staff feels rewarded for his efforts and thank you. However , I feel really concerned about your bad experience at the restaurant. Our trade policy is really to warmly welcome our customers, and I'm really sorry if this was not the case this evening. Whatever the reasons, this... More

I stay at this hotel about 4/5 times per year as it is near our office. I stayed there for one night this week, and it was comfortable, the staff nice, and the general ambience is quite nice. This was our second visit in one year - personal travel to see our grandson and daughter and son-in-law. Staff goes above and beyond especially Cyril Stoudmann, the chef de reception. The Man Friend has a work trip scheduled and he was booked at this hotel. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous and we had no issues during our stay.
