This was my first time staying overnight along the Parkway and I was glad I did. It enabled us to be able to take our time and see everything we wanted to see. But it was a pricey stay. The motel was a basic, but clean, facility. No free internet (10 dollars per day), food in restaurant was expensive (but...

We booked this hotel because this was the only one close to a glacier tour we wanted to do and all the other ones were about 75km away from here. Do not make the same mistake. I have yet to see a worse hotel. Everything is neglected, I suspect it was never renovated. There are holes in the walls and...

This hotel Is dated, but in an excellent location to get an early start to visit the ice bfields and other attractions. The bed was comfortable, the shower good, a coffee filter, and there was a fridge, all we needed as we got in late and left early. There is a pub, and a restaurant for those who wish to...

At first blush the property comes across as quite expensive for what is offered but one has to keep in mind the place only operates 6 months of the year, everything has to be trucked in from afar, a lease paid to parks Canada, fuel truck surcharged (park enviro levy) and the generator allegly costing over $1,000 / day to...

Good basic motel. Not cheap:- Beer $5 Ice $4.99 per bag Bread $5.99 a loaf from shop Limited prepared food available in the pub if you arrive late - cafe closes at 5.30pm and BBQ the only cooking option as no facility in rooms. We were glad we brought prepared food from Banff. We appreciate that the place is only...

The room was standard Motel, clean, comfortable bed(s),we had a small seating area outside. The staff checked us in quickly and answered any questions we had. The grounds of the Motel were pretty and well maintained. We had a beer in the pub in the evening, staff were chatty and friendly. Didn't use the Cafe,Restaurant or shop. The real icing on the...

After a serious road accident on the Ice Parkway, which closed the road to Jasper, made for this motel, to book in for the night. The motel was swamped with other people doing the same thing. The staff were very cheerful, polite and dealt with us as quick as they could. Nice room. Had both dinner and breakfast in the...

Very disappointing. Staff were pleasant and as helpful as they could be. Seemed overwhelmed. Waited far too long for our food, and then it was cold. Bathrooms are horrible and in need of a major fix up. None of the hand dryers worked, bathroom door locks broken. I will never stop there again.

I recently booked 3 rooms for 3 couples for a one night stay on June 19th. Each room has 2 double beds and the rooms included all the basic amenities you would expect in a hotel room...no hair dryers though for the ladies. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had reserved on line and had no...
