A very well equipped cosy cabin with a small kitchen area and a great shower. The comfortable bed had good quality linen. Very close to the centre of Banff but in a quiet location. Katrin was a friendly, welcoming and helpful host. Perfect for all my needs; I will be back!

We just returned from our ski trip to Banff and had a blast. We stayed in the Elk Cabin, one of the two bedroom cabins. What a cozy spot right downtown Banff! You have a small kitchenette with everything you need: fridge, hot plate, microwave, utensils, plates, etc. We even got to use the BBQs as the temperature was spring...

Banff used to have hundreds of cabins for visitors, in small auto courts and also in families' backyard in order that they could make some extra money in the summers. They are becoming incredibly rare, though, so when we organized an extended stay in Banff, we really tried to find one of them. The Beaver Cabins were pretty perfect! The...

The best thing about this place was the location. It is in an excellent spot where you can easily walk to everything but you do not deal with traffic, crowds, or noise. The cougar room is a basement under the living quarters of the owners, Laura and Lloyd Hollihan. You can hear some clanging, footfall and conversation but it’s subtle,...

We just spent the last 4 nights in Lynx cabin which can be described as cosy. It has everything you need and is extremely convenient to Banff high street . Only takes 2 mins to all shopping areas. It has a microwave and fridge so you do prepare simple meals. There is also a bbq area and we used this...

Lovely cabins, brilliant location. Friendly helpful owners. Homemade granola & fresh baked rolls for breakfast, delicious, afternoon cookies are yummy too. These small touches make for a great stay. Cabins are great and have everything you need for a great stay.

We've just spent 3 nights at the Beaver Cabins and loved it. The heritage cabins have been beautifully modernised. The location is fantastic: one block away from the main street with all the shops and restaurants, but really quiet. The hosts were super-friendly and took the time when we arrived, to talk us through all the things to see and...

This place is brilliant! It had such charm and was a huge highlight to our 2week tour of the Rockies! The accommodation although small (Lynx Cabin) was lovely - had everything we needed and more! The shower was powerful and hot. The bed had some of the best bedding I have ever slept in even at posh hotels and the...

This was the second time I stayed in one of the old heritage cabins during the last 7 years. The property is on a small street very close to the main street. It is a quiet place. The Lynx cabin is very cosy, even if it is quite small. Laura is a very nice and hospitable hostess. It is difficult...

These gorgeous little cabins were a great place to stay in Banff. We stayed 1 night in Elk and 2 nights in Bear and they were both great. Lloyd and Laura were excellent hosts and offered great snacks and breakfast essentials. The accomodation was very central to town and offered off street parking which was handy. Would definitely come back.
