We stayed in the Elk Cabin for a week in May. We found the communication from the host prior to our trip was fantastic, and she was most accommodating, organising a cot and high chair for our daughter to be in the cabin. Parking was excellent, and location was very easy walking

The closest campground is Tunnel Mountain Campgrounds, which is a 10min drive from the cabins. If you do want your friends to be really close to the campsite, I would recommending Douglas Fir Resort, Tunnel Mountain Resort or Buffalo Mountain Lodge.

Thank you for your questions. It's been a long time ago but as the new owner of Beaver Cabins I would like to let you know that we are now open all year round. We no longer serve breakfast but all cabins are self-contained suites with kitchenettes. Please find our website by googling "Banff Beaver Cabins" in case you are planning another ski trip to the Canadian Rockies. Kind regards, Katrin Middleton Owner/Manager
