Great place and a kind, caring host. It was nice having our own little kitchenette. Fridge was well stocked and every morning we had meat, cheese and fresh muffins brought up. Only a short walk to Banff Avenue which was a real plus as finding a parking place is a nightmare especially on the weekends. A real find for the...

We arrived at Heidi’s B&B to find it a building site. Lothar answered the door and said ‘Oh no, not again! Only last week booking.com signed somebody in while we are refurbishing and also, as you, booked two double rooms. I’ll get on the phone on Monday and give them a piece of my mind’. He then led us to...

We stayed here 3 nights and the owner is very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the 'suite' which comprises a small bedroom, living room, tiny kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast is brought round by the owner the evening before and we ate it at the table in the living room. Breakfast was cereal, bread for toast, yogurt and fruit- ample...

Great location less then a 5 min walk to Banff Avenue and all the shops and bars. Our room was very spacious, clean and cosy. Very quirky with lots of personal touches around the room. I found the room to be very clean and warm and a great breakfast each morning. It is really good value.

The photos I will post speak for themselves. The dirtiest place I have had the misfortune to stay and the guy wanted $100 a night. It is the kind of place I would expect a cracking den to look like had I ever visited one. From outside to inside mess. Suffering from dust allergy this place dumb near killed me...

We stayed at Heidi's B&B at very short notice for two nights over Canada Day where most accommodation was sold out. We were pleased to meet Lothar, our host, who was very helpful. This is a very simple b&b and not for the demanding traveller who wants luxury. We were in our own self contained annexe which was more than...

Great house, wonderful people - and cigarette smoke wafting through my room all night. The only vent was from the first floor, so it's pretty clear it was coming from the owners. The odour was so bad, it woke me up at 3AM. If you're a smoker, book it, and then just lie in bed and breathe.

We loved our stay here! A very nice suite, quaint but lovely. Lothar, our host, was gracious in every way looking after our every need. Very nice breakfast provided every day. Our son and his family were camping at Tunnel Mountain so we got to sit around a campfire with them and our grandkids. When there was a problem in...
