Amazing staff, clean rooms, excellent parking, breakfast was wicked, I would 100% drive out of our way to stay at this hotel again in our future. Out kids enjoyed the pool as much as the adults did. Greeting us with thanks for choosing BW was also nice to hear

It is an great location in Banff. Close to everything but not right downtown. Walkable to anything. We had the suite with the jacuzzi. AWESOME!!!!! Breakfast was good, clean and the suite gave us extra space which was nice with two large TVs.

Five of us stayed at the Best Western Plus Siding 29 Lodge in two rooms for one night. The rooms were large and clean and the beds comfortable. Wifi worked well. Parking was easy and underground. The pool and hot tub were fine. The breakfast was adequate but the breakfast room is small and gets very crowded.

Rooms were extremely large and very clean (even our pet friendly room). The free underground parking was great, and it was nice to have access to the hot water/coffee machine 24 hours a day. The breakfast was standard and ok but the value for the room was fantastic. The rooms were very quiet. We enjoyed a first floor room with direct access to the back patio area.

Location is close enough to the town centre that it’s an enjoyable walk to enjoy all the amenities at the town centre of Banff has to offer whether it’s skiing or hiking or taking in a conference. It was a great location for our trip.

I am hiking the hotel an over all 4.5 to 5 rating as the BW Siding Banff is great value for your money. The included buffet breakfast offered lots of choices between hot and cold foods, juices and coffee/teas. Our room was clean and well stocked. Include a moderate sized fridge and microwave. A small glitch with our request to be close to our friends had been overlooked but the room assigned was quickly changed to be on the same floor as was the original request. The entrance has a welcoming fireplace with chairs in front to visit, warm up to after a cold or snowy walk. You have to ask to have the fireplace turned on, if it is off. In the lobby there is a small table and four chairs to visit at, along with business centre with two computers accessible 24/7. There is a 24/7 coffee/espresso machine with many options for coffee drinkers. The hot chocolate option was out of order, and there is a hot water option for complimentary teas. The pool and hot tub area is clean, has large windows and though smallish work well. Staff need to put a note on the door to inform that the whiteish layer is safe and just part of chemical keeping the pool clean. More than one group pondered if it was safe, before asking and being reassured it was. Underground parking garage which can fill up quickly which means you would have to find street parking or park at the train station several blocks away. We had a weekday stay so it was not an issue but would expect it would be full on weekends. Hotel is a short walk to bus, ski hill transit stop, and to center of town. Restaurants close and a small gas station with convenience store to purchase snacks.

Thought this was a lovely hotel, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the breakfast facilities. Whilst the food was adequate, the room in which it was served was small for such a large hotel and very cramped. Our room was clean and spacious with a small balcony. There was an area to make hot drinks in the lobby.

Travelling back from Vancouver in picking up my daughter as it was her time in Canada. We wanted to give her a Canadian Rockies experience in Banff. First time seeing snow and experiencing the cold. She really enjoyed it!!

Super clean and big rooms. Staff are helpful and nice. Breakfast is good. It is also close to Banff town. The hot tub is great after a long day of travelling. The complimentary coffee is plus points and makes the experience a whole lot better.

I stayed here for two nights in October 2023. Really enjoyed my stay. Here are the things I liked: Spacious bedroom and bathroom Microwave and mini fridge Lovely pool and hot tub Free parking off street and underground Great complimentary breakfast Across from gas station and convenience store Close to Roam bus stop Discover Churchill tour pickup at Fox Hotel and Suites, a block from the hotel Has safe in room Very nice safe area with lots of hotels and restaurants nearby Hotel offers laundry by the bag service that is contracted out to a coin operated company. They pick up your clothes, wash and fry and fold within 24 hours for $40. Quite expensive but so convenient. I really liked this service. Friendly staff
