1 out of 5 for nice staff and good restaurant food and also good location. The pool was not kept up, lots of toilet paper floating and allowing people to eat in the pool/hot tub. Our room on check in didn't have a fan. The toilet was stained so bad it needed to be changed out. The main entrance door to room was very iffy as it was all loose and wouldn't take much to knock down. A cupboard had a hole punched through it. 90%of the tiles were missing grout and a bunch were all cracked up. The room hadn't been dusted in a very long time as all the mounding ledges and lamps had a pile of dust on them. 1st time ever we felt uncomfortable pulling out the pull out couch due to the unsanitary of the room. And for well over $300/night almost $400 this is unacceptable and a total RIP OFF to the customers. The resort continues to collect the ridiculous amount of money but refuse to upkeep the rooms! One gentleman said he'd been there like 10 years ago and it's went downhill tremendously. If the room was only $100 or even $120/night I'd be more forgiving but this was unacceptable and the owners and head staff should be embarrassed and take some pride! Will definately not stay here again, too bad cause this place has alot of potential but owners and staff that do the bare minimum and don't care at all. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else or I say I told you so!

Old and needs updating. The furnitures were old. Bed squeaky. Away from the city center but our room was by the road into to Banff which had a cattle guard. You can hear the traffic going over it all night. Beds were small queen size. No air condition so can get stuffy and hot in the summer

I booked a stay in the Wolf Condo. The interior was nice, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the building itself is old and not at all sound proof. Between the constant pounding of feet in the room above us to the noise of people on the stairs etc, it was very hard to relax and sleep. Also, I booked a pet friendly room which stated I would have a dog bed, water bowl and waste baggies in my room upon arrival…I didn’t get any of that.

The units are tiny but adequate. We loved the location next to a tiny meadow where we saw deer and elk almost every day. There is no air conditioning but most nights it cooled off enough to use fans to reduce the heat to a comfortable level. The resort is right next to a bike/hiking trail that goes from Banff to Canmore. There is a fee for using a common laundry room. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and our daughter-in-law enjoyed the fitness room. There are some small maintenance items that should be tended to: peeling wallpaper, missing grout between some tiles, dirty carpets. The beds are very firm. The hide-a-bed needs cleaning and it is uncomfortable.

Soo looking forward to stay in Banff with friends and family. The location is excellent but the 2 bedroom condo is very, very cramped with too many stairs. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful.
