All of the staff I dealt with were so helpful and kind! It was super easy to get in touch by phone when I had questions prior to my stay. The lobby is absolutely stunning and so was my room. The breakfast that comes with the stay has lots of options and was very yummy! I will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed at the Banff Aspen Lodge in September 2022 & enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located & just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town with it's shops & restaurants etc. Staff were friendly & the breakfast buffet plentiful. The only very slight nag was that the bathroom was small, but that is probably common to a lot of hotels in the town. Banff itself is very touristy (but in a nice way), but it is a great location for seeing the area. The Sunshine Meadows were well worth seeing & we also really enjoyed hiring bikes to ride around the golf course area. The short walk from town & then up Tunnel Mountain offers fantastic views of the town & surrounding area.

I together with my visiting family stayed for a night after a long trip and it was a nice and cozy experience. Clean place and very nice staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else every time we’re going to sleepover at Banff.

Easy to book through their website but some photos won't open so I found that I booked the wrong room upon arrival. Make sure to double-check the description of the shower area as it was quite confusing, better yet call the hotel. We had the Premium Queen room, but the photos were a bit misleading on the website- in actuality the bed was placed right after the entrance which was weird, while the sitting area was far inside. When checked the bed & pillow there were a few hairs though. Breakfast was okay, can't complain as it is complimentary. Make sure to use the hot tub and sauna! The staff was very helpful- we met Joel & Ron. Overall it was a great stay, and we are considering coming back.

Our first time to this hotel and we will come again! Well laid out, renovated rooms and comfortable beds. Rocky Mountain soap in the bathroom and a Nespresso machine were nice touches. The hot tubs, sauna/steam room were inviting - but we didn't have time to take advantage. Great buffet breakfast - something for everyone - hot and cold food! Walls a little thin, but we all slept well! Service was excellent!

We had the loveliest stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge. Great service, breakfast, location, and price! We were able to walk everywhere we went from the hotel, and often stopped at the white bark cafe in the lobby before we left for a hot drink. Already looking forward to staying here next year!

Everything wonderful. Just a heads up it’s a dog friendly hotel, so the sounds may impact some. Not a negative, just something to be mindful of for your stay. Staff were amazing and proximity to Banff and breakfast buffet were great.

We had a lovely stay at Banff Aspen Lodge. Our queen room was spacious, and included one of the largest showers I have ever had in a hotel. It's apparent that the hotel had a recent renovation as the interior of both the room and lobby felt modern. To our pleasant surprise, housekeeping tidied up our room after our first night, which is an added bonus as it's becoming increasingly rare to find hotels that still offer daily housekeeping service at this price point. We also took advantage of the two hot tubs, steam room, and the complimentary breakfast which was simple but effective. The hotel is conveniently located right at the beginning of Banff Ave. I recommend getting a drink from the popular cafe in the lobby before heading out to explore.

we have a very very bad experience on this lodge. I called November 9, 2023 at 1:00pm to cancel the reservation. The lady I spoke over the phone said I cannot cancel bec my check in is at noon on November 12, 2023. When we arrived at Aspen Lodge the front seat said we cannot check in at 12:00 because there’s no room available yet and wait d at 3:00 pm. This is ridiculous insane!!! We arrived on time because they said we cannot cancel the check in is at 12:00. When you arrive NO ROOMS AVAILABLE!!!! Be careful be sure to get the name because they will pin point to each other and they will ignore you when you are at the front desk!!!!! We will not coming back to this Aspen lodge again and we will not recommend this to our friends and family!!!!

Im sorry to hear that your stay with us was not up to your expectation. Cancellation is 72 hours prior to arrival and our advertised arrival time is at 3pm. We do our best for early arrivals but it can be tough with check out being at 11am.
