I stayed there 5 nights in the studio condo. Walls are a bit thin if someone is watching tv at night, but otherwise it was perfect. Kitchen, full fridge, dishwasher, 2 tvs and even a fireplace with complimentary wood. Also parking right in front of your room OR in the interior garage, which is quite small but always had place when i was there. It's really nice. I could not asked for more. Short drive from downtown, perfect for a ski vacation far from tourist busy streets of Banff, i would go there again.

We booked the mountain cabin for 4 nights. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. They provide kindling and matches when you arrive, with lots of firewood to collect. The cabin was spotless - we are both very particular and were so impressed with the cleanliness. The cabin is spacious and tastefully decorated. The phone rang a few minutes after we arrived and it was the front desk just checking that everything was ok. We brought all our own food so we wouldn't have to go out during our stay (covid precautions) and the kitchen is fully stocked so we had everything we needed. Such a cozy little hideaway to enjoy in the middle of winter.

Despite the bitteryly cold weather we managed to make the best of our stay. The staff was very attentive and committed to making our visit the best possible. The fireplace in our condo was wonderful. It is close to downtown without being in the middle of the action. A very good compromise. We would happily stay here again.

This hotel fit my need to stay one day get away from Edmonton during this cold and Corvid time. I booked the lowest price cat. And it was a mistake. There is no view and it is in the ground level. And had to take the elevator/stair to go down. The staff is very nice both check in and contactless check out. The kitchen is a plus for us. One thing, I check in after dark and my iphone gave me the wrong location and I had to wonder in the dark for about 15 minute.

When a flood left us displaced from our home in the middle of January, in the middle of a pandemic we were so very lucky to have found ourselves here! Both management and the staff went above and beyond to make sure two of us and my dog were comfortable, stress free and had everything we needed. We stayed here for about two weeks, and had not one issue. The place had a bedroom and a loft, 2 bathrooms, a well stocked kitchenette with a large fridge, which was nice for this length of stay. Upon arrival there was a dog bed and bowls laid out for the dog!!! Covid protocols left us feeling super safe, it was very clean, and if you need anything you can just call front desk and somebody appears like magic literally 60 seconds later! There is also a large supply of dry firewood and even a pack of kindling supplied which made our stay even better with multiple relaxing fires! This hotel is also out of town, but within a 2 minute drive from downtown, right on the bus route, and surrounded by trails to walk the dog on. Highly recommend!
