We loved celebrating our 25th anniversary here!! We were fortunate to stay 5 nights. The 3 course breakfast was amazing! So many little details and attention given! We love Albert and Esther. They were so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Just the most lovely stay. We hope to be back again one day soon!! Kimball and Becky Tagg

Property's Favourite Review
Words cannot express our sincerest gratitude to Albert and Esther. Not only did they open their beautiful home to us, but they prepared a 5 Star breakfast every single day. Being there for 8 days we cycled through the entire menu and everything was exceptional. We have been to many bed and breakfasts, but this one is far superior. You will never leave there hungry that’s for sure. Every morning there is a Buffett set out of wonderful cheeses, fruits, cereals, breads, croissants, homemade jams, charcuterie board, and I’m likely leaving a handful of things out. Then each day there is a special hot home cooked item (waffles, stuffed French toast, French omelette, Frittata etc) just to name a few. Everything was wonderful and it’s all displayed so beautifully. We did everything they recommended, which is a huge perk of staying with locals at a B&B. The hikes they recommended allowed us to see the awesome winter wonderland of the Rocky Mountains. The dining options they suggested were top notch and we had an entire week of unique local cuisine, which I’m sure anyone knows it’s hard to find good food while traveling. The rooms are very comfortable, large and quiet. The upstairs was added to include a B&B so the rooms are extremely quiet, which is sometimes rare for a B&B because most are just old homes with paper thin walls that have been converted. Not here. You may hear your neighbors walking down the hall, but that’s about it. I’m pretty sure every room has a wonderful Mountain View of Cascade or Rundle Mountain and each room has a nice balcony to enjoy some fresh mountain air. We enjoyed snacks downstairs in the dining area 24/7, a coffee machine and drinks upstairs in the hall, and a pitcher of filtered water in your room fridge. There is not one detail left out, they have thought of everything. No one will ever leave this place disappointed. Albert and Esther make a point each day to talk to you and they will make your time in Banff outstanding. Do not hesitate to book, just do it. We cannot wait to come back someday.

Words cannot really do it justice how good our time was here. Do yourself a tremendous favour and stay here. The rooms are wonderfully cozy and comfortable. The jet tub was awesome and fit two people. Albert and Esther are hospitable, friendly, and wonderful. And the breakfasts, oh the breakfasts. Every day a different main course in their 3-course breakfast. And when we wanted to go snowshoeing, they had some for us to borrow. Along with backpacks, walking poles, bear spray, and even bikes. They are amazingly hospitable, making sure to help and show us a good time. Chatting with them every day after breakfast was a highlight for sure. The location is wonderful. Had good scenery around it. It is only a 4-minute walk to Mainstreet. We will never forget our time here, my wife and I. 5 stars just aren't good enough. Trip Advisor just won't let me rate it higher. Pros Breakfast!!! Cozy room Albert and Esther (Your Hosts) Location Borrowable gear (Saves you money on rentals) The food. (So good it made it twice) Cons Your time here must end Showerhead might be low for tall people

Our stay at Le Beaujolais was superior. All COVID precautions were in line, but this did not spoil the experience. When our breakfast was delivered outside our bedroom door, a small video explaining the items on the tray was texted to us. It was such a warm addition! And the food - WOW! THE FOOD! Not only was there enough for an entire day, it was presented artistically and with exquisite attention to detail. We were well fuelled for a day of skiing! It was all so beautiful and absolutely delicious. We could rave about the breakfast spread for hours... The European touch and evident skill were both so very much appreciated. Albert was alway certain to check in on us (by text, but sometimes at a distance in person ;) ) to see if we needed anything. He wished us a happy anniversary during one of his videos and also gifted us a bottle of wine to celebrate! We felt highly valued and cared for. The room was in excellent shape and it was very clean. And the bed was super comfortable! It was the perfect room to be in, in order to "have to" distance ourselves from the world at this time. We would go back in a heart beat!

So glad we chose Beaujolais B&B as our only, 'away from home', destination for this year! Everything was perfect; the location, the room, the view, our hosts, Albert & Esther, and of course the fabulous three course breakfast; berries, fresh fruits, yogurt, a beautiful charcuterie with many home-made creations, aaaand, Creme Brulee stuffed French Toast! What we could not finish we were encouraged to pack in a lunch for later, which we did. We were very well looked after and will definitely be back! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.
