Very cute lodge exterior. Front desk and housekeeping have been very helpful and nice. Good location, by most of the other hotels on the main road into downtown. But, I don't think we'd stay here again. The biggest issue for us is no A/C, which is my fault for assuming everyone had it so I didn't check. But it's been pretty uncomfortable in our room. So we've had the deck door open which would be fine except we're right over the very busy street with buses, etc. Our room is also very small for our little family. Not much space to put out stuff, we're having to move things to get around and whatnot. Do people still use dressers? We genuinely are curious as we never do but even a little more space could be saved without them. Also, please get more outlets! There are a few by the…

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! Breakfast buffet was really good. I really enjoyed my bacon & sausages. Highly recommended! Very nice rooms. Very close to Banff Avenue. I would stay here again. It’s a really nice hotel. I’m glad I got to stay here.

Hotel selected as part of our Canadian Package with My Canada Trips a UK based agent. Situated about a 10 minute walk from the town centre, room was adequate, a little dated, but a fair size with settee and a table and chairs. Reception was efficient, and speedy. We did not use the KEG restaurant at breakfast as our pick up for our trips. were quite early, we did however order room service one evening, and the loaded nachos were just that!! Probably the nicest we have ever had. The French Onion soup as well was delicious. On one night we ate at an Italian situated within a hotel a couple of doors down from the hotel, (they also do delivery), the pizzas were of a very high standard and tasted delightful. Can recommend the hotel.

We stayed her for 3days, extremely happy with the service, as I have an egg allergy the staff was so helpful. The rooms are neat and well maintained. The hotel is walking distance to downtown so its अन added bonus.

We arrived courtesy of Rocky Mountaineer and Iglu. We had for whatever been Subject to a 5 hour transfer from Calgary Airport to Banff. We arrived tired and weary to wait in a queue of disgruntled guests complaining about the unacceptable standard of the room they had been allocated. Not the reception We wanted to hear after 24 hours of a sleepness night travelling. We didn't argue,we just needed sleep. Our room was in the attic, with sloping room. It was unclean, toilet wc had issues, handbasin had issues, coffee maker was a heath hazard. Luggage rack was broken, and almost injured me, But after all the delays with RM( Rocky Mountaineer management) we opted for bed. We highlighted the issues with our provider IGLU and hopefully they fed back to Rocky Mountaineer, but no…

Huge place with The Keg stakehouse. We stayed on the 4 th floor at the back side so it was quiet. The beds are comfortable & staff is friendly. The check in as well as the check out was smooth. The breakfast has good options. Car parking facility is available too. The hotel provides you with free passes for the local bus transport which is very convenient and it can connect you to all the attractions of this beautiful city. They even have a gym as well as a conference centre in the basement.

The staff at reception or the Spa did not go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room was gloomy and not particularly clean - something that is in common within the rest of the hotel where dusting of ornaments and articial flower dispays is at a premium. Maybe a higher wattage of lamp would help cleaners see the dirt! It is a functioning hotel, nothing more. The Keg is expensive. Interestingly, given the spring sunshine, most other hotel patios were open except this one even though furniture was haphazardly stacked outside. Therefore, nowhere to relax and enjoy the spring weather. It is a great shame as it seems no one in management is looking for the hotel to excel and is content to just go through the motions safe in the knowledge that customer turnover is high and…

We had 11 of us age 10-70 years stay for 2 nights in 5 rooms. We all found the beds comfortable, it was nice to have a balcony on our room, where we could watch the deer. Breakfast at the keg was great, and it was about a 15/20 minute walk downtown. Also helpful was the free ski. Us that picks up right in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times as well.
