Hotel is nice but room is average. I had to open the small window to get cooler air since there is no air conditioning. This is the same for most of the hotels in the canadian rockies. The hotel is about 5 blocks from the main area where all the restaurants and stores are located. The hotel gives a card...

The hot pool is FANTASTIC! We could have spent our entire stay in it. Our room was the nicest room I have ever stayed in at a hotel. Awesome! The keg breakfast is very good. My only complaints was our fridge (freezer not useable), and it was a little warm to sleep (no ac in rooms) - but our window...

We stayed 4 nights at the Caribou Lodge and were very happy with our experience. The place had a very accommodating staff and the room was immaculate. Definitely check out the hot pool downstairs and the Keg restaurant- excellent! It was within 10 minutes to walk to downtown. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Having a Keg restaurant in the hotel was very convenient for breakfast (also a good place for lunch, dinner or just for drinks). There is easy access from the underground parking to rooms. Good location for walking into the main area of town. One downside...no air conditioning in room. Our...

We stayed one night during a Vancouver to Calgary road trip with a 3 year old and a 6 year old. Aside from great disappointment over the pool being a hot pool (too hot for the little ones to get in) the rest of the stay was good. While the hotel is a bit from downtown, there are roam shuttles...

Last but one hotel stop on our road trip across USA/ Canada and 4 of us had to share a room, which was a pity because the room wasn't particularly cheap, nor particularly large and there was no air conditioning, so it made for an uncomfortable night. It was within walking distance of the town centre (or a free bus...

A/C is hard to find even in expensive hotels in the Canadian Rockies. This hotel had a movable standing fan. We had a 3rd floor room with a tiny balcony but couldn't leave the balcony door open for fresh air due to road noise and no screen. The room was a good size with two beds, although the bed mattresses...

Our King room was spacious, comfortable, and modern. Enjoyed the hot pool at the Spa and ate at the Keg on site. Also liked that the hotel was not right in the midst of the busy downtown. Handy to have underground parking.
