We spent 3 night here just before Christmas and had a lovely stay. The room: refurbished 306, and refurbished to a 5 star standard, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, well appointed room, we were the first in, and without a doubt we will be going back. Staff - kind, considerate, helpful, lovely lovely staff, and we met several of them, the standard never slipped. Location, a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Banff, perfect, with indoor heated parking. Food - breakfast was next door, lots of choice, great area, and really delicious food. Thank you it was the best stay of our holiday around Canada.

Having stayed here last June, we were excited to return. The first time we stayed we were upgraded to their king size suite which was newly renovated. This time we received a suite on the first floor and I immediately noticed a stained sham across the bed. I pulled back the covers and there were hairs everywhere on the bed. The fan in the bathroom also smelled strongly of vomit when it was turned on. I asked reception to change our sheets and they switched our room for us. The second room was much worse. I didn’t even have to pull back the blankets, hairs covered the outside of the bed. The pillow cases were visibly yellowing as well. I’m really disappointed with the cleanliness this time around. It’s not difficult to ensure sheets are cleaned properly and that pillows and

We stayed at the Red Carpet mid October. Prices for Hotels in Banff till mid december are very affordable ! The hotel is going through room renovations however that did no affect our stay. We had a nice room with a view on the 2nd floor ,209, which was steps from the lovely indoor hot tub which was heavenly ! We used the indoor parking which was convenient. We walked around town and into town and back later for dinner. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were very friendly ! Definitely would recommend and stay again !

This place is a decent price in a great location. The receptionist, who I think was called Nicole, was very helpful and not at all fazed by quite a few questions. Her efforts were appreciated. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the room was like a sauna when we entered, with the heating on absolute full blast, and didn't cool down until the following morning, despite opening windows and turning off all possible heating. Still, at least it wasn't cold in there.
