I booked the Red Carpet Inn after finding a cheap deal on hotels.com I had already booked at the hostel down the road but when I saw the prices of the Red Carpet Inn it was almost the same as a private room at the hostel! When we arrived the lady at the front desk had trouble finding our booking...

My wife and I stayed here for a night about three years ago. The hotel was under renovations at the time. This had its advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage was that we were able to use a coupon/rate discount. The main disadvantage was that the hot tub was under repair - you could however use the one in the...

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The spa is small but I was able to enjoy it for 30 mins before it closed and I had it all for myself so that was fun. What I enjoyed the most was how the receptionist was really helpful and kind and patient with us. She really took the time to...

We had a lovely room on the 3rd floor, room 303. It had a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony and was a newly refurbished room. Constant hot water and the wifi was fast and reliable. Location was brilliant for on a evening, plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Bit of a pain going into next...

We stayed here for Christmas 2014 for three nights and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is older and the walls are thin but we weren't disturbed very much. We stayed in a great big room with 3 queen beds which was perfect for our family of 4. The housekeeping staff did a great job, it felt very...

Booked in here for 3 nights this week. Paper thin walls with American contractors renovating rooms with power tools from 7am until 9pm. Drunken Australian staff coming back from bars at 2am also highlighted the paper think walls. Dirty and run down place with no storage. Went to speak to reception and was left waiting for 20 mins while she...

The location is good, not too far from the main action, and the staff is friendly. However, my room was on the first floor and someone tried to break in by the window in the middle of the night. The squeaking sound of the window opening woke me up and I got up to find the window opened by about...
