    I am not sure, but you should consider contacting the Banff Center, as the hotel has 2 sections on their site. I do know that there are hotels in Banff that are pet friendly, but charge a fee per day. Hope this helps.

    Yes the rooms come with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner etc. I don't use a hair dryer so can't say for sure but I believe there is one. Sorry can't say about the iron. I didn't need one while there. Hope this helps! :-)
