Stayed here as part of a walking group holiday. The hotel is situated in the complex of buildings that make up the spacious and wooded campus of the Centre for Arts and Creativity. It lies just on the outskirts of the town centre which can be reached in a 15 minute walk. There are a couple of footpaths and one is lit in the evening. The hotel room was comfortable, we had room 127 which was on the same floor as reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. Next to the reception is a lounge area. Breakfast is taken in the Vistas restaurant which is on the top floor of an adjacent building. Certainly recommend if staying in Banff.

Great Rooms, Views and Food. Close enough to the Town of Banff to walk. Room had a view of surrounding mountains (stayed in Lloyd's Hall). All in one place to stay with great restaurant, and lounge just across from Hall.

Our choir visited the Banff Centre to participate in the Choral Art festival in 2020. We had a really great experience - and several choir members commented on the wonderful spread of food at the Vistas Dining Room and their willingness to accommodate food allergies and preferences. The hotel rooms are of various ages, but everything is clean and the wifi works well. The bathrooms have a hair-dryer, and there is a small fridge in the room for storing snacks. The on-campus bar (MacLab) was an excellent gathering place for friends in the evening. The recreational facilities are well-equipped and maintained. Would recommend this location for families visiting Banff in future.

I was here for a conference and it was the perfect venue. Great cafeteria style dining room with lots of delicious options. The conference rooms all had spectacular views of the mountains that made me feel so happy. My bedroom in Lloyd Hall made me feel like I was in Sweden. Super impressed.
