This was the perfect place to stay within walking distance of downtown Banff and all it has to offer. We really appreciated the helpful staff and use of laundry facilities. We did not try the restaurant but heard it was good as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the family suite, and loved the room. It was clean, lots of space. The beds were comfortable. We stayed there for 4 nights. I think the only thing is that we had to ask for housekeeping one day. Other than that, it was a very good stay.

We spent 3 nights here for our girls getaway. Booked a one bedroom loft suite. Room was a great size, bed comfy and gas fireplace. They have underground parking for smaller vehicles and parking at the back of building for trucks. The pool area is very nice and clean, although the only washroom stall was out of order. The only...

Great to be back, we love the friendly atmosphere and always feel we are home when we visit here. The staff are great and go out of there way to accommodate with everything, the hotel if cozy and friendly. A short walk to the shops and a few minutes walk to the ski pic up. What more could you want.

This is a nice hotel. Free underground parking. The pool and hot tub area is fancy. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. I paid $99 per night for a double room which was a lot cheaper than the hotel offered. The actual price seemed very high. Apparently they will match the price if it's offered better anywhere...

Cosy and warm welcome. Lovely bar area and really good, generous breakfasts which were offered buffet style at weekends and cooked breakfast to order during the week. Really nice, spacious room with comfy bed, safe & fridge and very quiet. All the people very friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities available for guests use. Good and ample parking. It was a...

Our room view was very nice, the pool area was fabulous for our kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved having a fridge in the room and a DVD player with movies to borrow. Staff was also willing to let us warm up leftovers at the front desk microwave. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the...

Rundlestone Lodge is traditional looking hotel approximately 15 minutes walk into the centre of Banff. Rooms are large and the bed considerable. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who could not do enough for us. Gym is small but decently equipped with multi gym type machines and enough space for abs workout. Would certainly stay here again.

This is the hotel to stay at! Since my last review a couple of years ago, they have put in a ramp at the front door for wheelchairs / Strollers. There is a kids playground just next door, no need to cross the street. The hotel is a bit of a walk from downtown, you can either walk or take...
