We stayed for three nights. Service from the front desk was good. We had a nice room at the back of the building with a small balcony looking out to the mountains. The bed and pillows were comfy. Good wifi. Room had a fridge but no microwave. No housekeeping provided due to covid. The pool was open but we did not use it. Hot tub was closed (covid). Parking in the underground garage was easy and we had no problem getting a spot. The hotel is in Banff North so it’s a small walk to downtown. We ate at restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Stayed there for the first time with my sister-in-law. Everything was perfect - very clean, lots of sanitizer, good food, friendly staff, easy check-in. Underground parking. Will definitely stay again.

It's 5 star for its great front staff, good value in pricing especially for a Saturday. The room was in good shape, pool area looked very nice. We drove closer to town then walked for shopping. Would definitely return.Cheers

I stayed at the Rundlestone on the weekend of Sept. 12. I stayed in the loft room with the jacuzzi tub, which I had stayed in once years ago, and both times were so wonderful and peaceful. The tub in the loft is the highlight, but the room also has a nice little balcony to sit and have coffee or drinks on, and a nice little fireplace as well. It's not too close to downtown where there are tons of people and traffic, but also close enough to walk around. This visit was for my boyfriends birthday, and so I requested a bottle of champagne for the room. I then called ahead and asked if it was possible to get a little paper or something for the room that says "Happy Birthday". I felt bad asking, but wanted the trip to be extra special. The staff went above and beyond and got a

We had stayed at the Rundlestone a couple of times in previous years and they have greatly improved this time. They must have new owners. As soon as we entered the hotel I knew it was going to be a great stay as the staff that assisted us with our check in was wonderful! (I wish I could remember her name) We upgraded our room and had the loft jacuzzi suite. The room was clean and travelling throughout the hotel I was never concerned about covid. We had a great stay and will be back

We booked this place 2 days before our stay. The stay was good. The rooms are a bit run down, the furniture should be replaced. Location was great. We would stay again. All in all not bad for the price

We had an amazing stay at the Rundlestone in September 2020. Our room had a beautiful, private balcony. The bed was very large and very comfortable with clean sheets. The staff were welcoming and followed COVID-19 procedures thoroughly (masks, plexi-glass, reduced people in elevator, etc.). There was hand sanitizer for guests, which was accessible in many locations. The hallways were quiet. Underground parking was free. The shuttles and buses were able to take us everywhere we wanted to go. We would highly recommend staying at the Rundlestone Lodge in Banff, Alberta.

Only stayed for one night but hotel was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. Pool was open and great for kids with lots of natural light. We had an upgraded bathroom and it was very nicely laid out with lots of space, nice counters, large shower, heated floors, and new fixtures. The only recommendation I would make would be to add a fan. We will definitely stay here again

Our car broke down on the way to jasper, and we managed to find a last minute room here. Staff were very helpful, rooms were excellent, and the price was great. Took a lot of the stress out of our vacation and let us enjoy ourselves despite the breakdown!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and a good size. Location is not right in the downtown area of Banff so it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk there but we liked it that way.
