My experience in Juniper was superb and amazing. The room I had was so perfect with its picturesque view of the mountains. I enjoyed making my coffee from a French press coffee maker and sipping the freshly brewed while waiting for the beautiful sunrise and glazing the sounds of the nature at the porch. The customer service staffs were excellent. Ana welcomed and helped me with all my itineraries from checking the local stores, drinks, stuffs, and food. ‘Love the Stoke’. And, kudos to Emre for the above and beyond entertainment. He had me try and check the hotel bistro for happy hour and dinner which is a must try. I love the food which is inspired by nature, and the ambiance with a cozy fire place, and of course the team, they keep you entertained and continue to give the best experience of a fine dining. Emre had also showcased the hotel event and have had me watch a classical performance of a local artist, a guitarist at the hotel event center, very tranquil, inspiring, and authentic. Really love this hotel. Location is very convenient , right off the highway 1 and about 2 - 3 km from Banff city center. Located in a quiet , secluded area, in the woods. Has plenty of parking space. This hotel has great open patio where you can see sunrises and sunsets, and enjoy glass of wine and / or dinner. Restaurant in this hotel is very good, has good selection on the menu and very tasty and delicious dishes , and desserts, and friendly waitresses. Staff is Very Friendly and helpful, Especially font desk host - Emre. Really appreciate his help with every question. Rooms are simple but spacious , beds are big and comfortable. Also, as a note, there are good hiking trails right by this hotel and for safety hotels provides bear spray for you. I definitely recommend it for the stay near Banff. …

The first impression is twofold, since we came on vacation to relax, but it turned out that we were greeted by the Ukrainian flag at the entrance. I would like to take a break from politics in nature, but I don’t think this support is appropriate. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and also had a balcony. There was only one set of bath amenities in the bathroom even though we were two guests. Good audibility, as other guests were noisy outside the door and interfered with rest.

Our favourite place to stay when we ski at Mount Norquay Ski area is The Juniper. We have always found the hotel clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is first rate and .pricing is very reasonable. The Bistro is quite good but its evening menu is not really suitable for causal dining

We went spare of the moment for our little girl's birthday and wow! Emer was amazing he decorated the room for her and made her feels so special. The Rundle cabin was a great space for 6 of us and everyone slept well and comfortable. It was so clean and fresh! The room was amazing, the view was incredible, the bistro was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd go again and highly recommend this for any family looking for a fun safe get away!

When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by Emre, who helped check us in. He was so kind to upgrade us to a room with a view of the Bow Valley Parkway, even though there was very little daylight left. Thank you Emre!! We learned that he was from Türkiye, and shared we had recently visited and experience at a Turkish bath. He told us the history of the bath and recommended a place that we could go to next time. Definitely saving his rec! We loved our room esp with the view and patio overlooking mt rundel. It was like looking at a painting out of our window! The room is very modern, and bed was extremely comfortable, and love the aesthetic! Thank you! 😄 for such a wonderful stay! We would def come back!

Excellent location, neat and comfortable. Luxurious mountain accommodations just a short distance from Banff, and Lake Louise, And just 10 min drive to the Mt Norquay ski area and to get amazing Banff view. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. The cost, luxury, spacious room, cleanliness with daily housekeeping service and a team that is available around the clock to assist with our vacation needs.

Because of the position being slightly higher up the hill, the view is magnifcent. The staff went out of their way in helping with organising a tour and making sure I was happy with the room. The shuttle to town is very practical and saves driving a car and the hustle of finding a parking space in town.
