We stayed in the 1 bedroom Chalet. The Chalet was beautiful, clean and roomy. The check in and check out processes were easy and we were able to arrange a later check out with no issue. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

We got there late after the office was closed but we never got any emails and texts instructing how to check in after hours. Spent so long just to try to contact them never got any replies. Other than that the room was great!

Not fancy but comfortable and well-equipped cabins. Our group of 4 really enjoyed our 4-night stay, especially the location - so close to ski hills, as well hiking and cross country ski trails. We cooked dinner for ourselves every night saving us some $ and preventing exposure to Covid in restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom with its Rocky Mountain Soap Co. products were appreciated. We could have used a few more pots/pans. There was a recycling container but no where to take it for recycling? I asked at the office but the very nice staff member didn't know either so into the trash bin it went. The train noise was not a problem for us bc we didn't open the windows (winter). Stay here!

The cabin was so much larger than expected and it smelled of cedar upon entering. It was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and living space. The 2 ladies at the front were knowledgeable and friendly and check in was seamless. It was an unexpected surprise that there was gas available for our car if we needed it and the store is stocked full of goodies and a selection of wine and spirits. We loved how close it was to the main road due to engagements we had in Banff. All together everything was just wonderful! We can't wait to book again and do some exploring.

The chalet looked warming and our one bedroom suite was awesome. Bathroom was very large and kitchen had all of the utensils needed. Our bedroom had a comfortable bed, large closet and dresser so all of our clothes were tucked away. The pull out couch for our granddaughter was surprisingly comfortable. We loved the fireplace and made it very enjoying sipping hot chocolate and spirits.

Home away from home and such a relaxing location even with the trains. Awesome location and within a hop, skip and jump from everything. Have stayed here twice now and will be twice a year from this day forward. Thank you. Totally Awesome

The cabin we stayed in, 2 bedroom, for the price point, could use a little TLC, curtains hanging off the rod, poor lighting in the living area, brought lamp from bedroom, but the cabin was clean, comfy beds…

Very lucky to have stumbled across this property in my search, our cabin was huge - cozy, clean and everything you could need. Loved the spa bath and fireplace! The location was amazing, close enough drive to Banff, but far enough away to feel secluded in the wilderness.

We stayed here 2 nights on our 40th anniversary trip to the Banff area. We stayed in the deluxe 1 bedroom cabin. Beautiful views. The cabin was roomy & comfy. Nicely renovated. Firewood was stacked by the fireplace when we got there. Enough for the two nights we were there. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We knew about the multiple trains from other reviews, so that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall value was okay. Pricing was a little high when you compare it with staying in Banff hotels. But the views and peacefulness were priceless. So I didn’t mind paying extra. Wi-Fi was not great, so I used my hotspot. We really enjoyed our visit.

Enjoyed our stay. Only downside is staff forgot to bring the firewood we had requested to be delivered daily. We had go in to request it each day, as if had not been delivered by 3pm. No dog bowls or beds provided, we had this provided on a previous stay. The bathrooms counter drawer on one side was completely broken off at arrival. Overall we enjoyed the cabin for its value and atmosphere.
