I had the same problems in another hotel of Banff, i.e. Banff Voyager Inn, bug bites made me feel terrible for 2 weeks, the worst thing is that this hotel did not provide any solutions. The hotel management may tell you that they treat your concerns seriously....... while no action is taken from the Banff Voyager Inn..... anyway, you can...

I found this hotel to be a weird experience. Checking in was fine, but were told that the pool, spa, breakfast was all in the hotel next door which was connected by a underground tunnel, or by just walking outside to next door. So are we staying in this hotel, or the one next door that has a different name?...

I book a room through bookings.com, told them I need a room with two queen beds for, one senior, one adult and a child. first they tried to con me into booking two rooms I told them no I wanted only one room with two beds, I finally got the room booked, drove seven and a half hours, got to...

We stayed her twice in the last month with a groupon. Both times we hardly used the room and did not use the shower at all. Basically, we skied, arrived, slept, ate breakfast, and went skiing again. On the weekend it is luck of the draw to get underground parking as there are very few spaces. You can park at...

This hotel is actually run by the property located adjacent to it. They are connected by an underground tunnel, but checking in wasn't that easy, and the free continental breakfast wasn't that great - stale, fruit punch not juice etc. If you wanted anything hot (eggs, bacon) you had to pay extra. Room was quite worn out, but for the...

We booked this through Groupon and thought it would be a great deal at $69 per night, and it would have been if that had been the actual price but it turns out it was in USD (even though I booked in Canada to go to Canada) but that wasn't the hotel's fault so we went with an open mind....

We booked this hotel for one night for girl’s night. We booked off a discount travel site for $100/room and I would definitely say it was worth the price. When we arrived, there was a line up at the desk since they only had one person working and a lot of people checking in. She was able to move the...

Booked at the last minute, (on the morning of departure). Great price made even better as I prepaid for the room, (it was too late for me to cancel anyway). The room was very large and comfortable. Simple but clean and functional. We were only using to sleep in as we were skiing all day and meeting friends at different...

Kudos to the staff for being extremely helpful when my bus company didn't pick me up on time. They helped store my belongings, provided helpful advice, and knew the right number to call to get a human on the line from the bus company. It's a discount hotel in an expensive town--so don't expect a luxury experience. In particular, wifi...

This Hotel is very tired and needs an update S.A.P. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. staff were friendly but untidily dressed on reception. Shame I did not read the Tripadvisor before I came as I would have changed the hotel. Food was quite good but the bar and eating area were very poor and looked as though...
