Went to the inn for the night after travelling from Banff to ride the mountain. I love that it is just off the ski resort but has beautiful views of the mountain itself. it's nestled back in the woods where you can really soak up the view. We went on Sunday night so the bar at the hotel was having...

The room was good, clean, a little outdated but that's what you expect for an older inn. The food was excellent in the timberwolf restaurant as well as the explorer lounge. The breakfast was mediocre at best, not really worth the price.

I really appreciate the Lake Louise Inn team. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent ... tasty bacon and waffles, can't go wrong! The pool and hot tub area are something we took full advantage of. For those looking to hit the slopes or enjoy outdoor activities Lake Louise Inn is the perfect base camp! Shuttle service...

Thermostat was broken the first night. Requested maintenance to fix it. Returned to a room where the window was open and a fan on but thermostat obviously still broken (we reset it and it still did not regulate room temperature). Spent the second night like the first, regulating room temp by waking up and turning on or off fan and...

We have stayed here many times over the years for a ski week. Has slways been a favourite. Especially like the ski bus to from the hill. But have noticed the condo rooms are becoming dated and need more general maintenance. Just getting a little rough around the edges.

I was super thrilled to find an accommodation that allows dogs - we dove right in without doing much research. Lake Louise Inn is a large establishment with rooms inside the main building as well as in the detached buildings. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, a little dated - but nonetheless it suited all our needs perfectly....

Nothing beats a mountain getaway! A great place to splash in the pool with the kids and soak in the hot tub especially after an epic day on the hill! Service staff are friendly and efficient. Great choices of dining!

Check in - 💯 Dinner at upstairs restaurant was luke warm - is felt nasty next day😷 Room service second night - knocked on my door AFTER 7pm😯 Dinner in bare downstairs was great!👍🏻 'Kids'working (besides front deck) seemed unmotivated and maybe hungover- a theme throughout the entire area.

Nice, comfortable, affordable and conveniently located hotel with several different room options. We used and appreciated the pool, restaurants and ski hill shuttle. This was our fourth time returning to this hotel.
