This was our second time staying at Lake Louise Inn. Since it was a last minute decision to go to Lake Louise we did not have many options for lodging. Hotel really has not changed much since we stayed here 4 years ago. This time we had a room in the main building. We had two queen beds in our...

Booked last minute and could only get a deluxe King. The room was in the main building behind the pool, which seemed packed every time we walked past. Room was standard, bigger than we thought, bed very comfortable , a little dated in the decor, and couldn't find how to work the heating, it was too hot, so had to...

The drive to Lake Louise and Banff were what made this stay so much better. Is it economical, well not so much. Is it dated, yes very much. Is it in a beautiful place, most definitley. Once you get passed the expectations and focus on where you are and your surroundings, the stay here becomes more bearable.

We skipped the pool area, because when we took a look, it was overrun with other guests. We also had a late afternoon snack just before checking in, as we had heard the restaurants may not be able to accommodate during regular hours. We attempted to go to the pizza place at 8:45 pm for supper, but were told there...

the Inn is the fallback for accommodations for families travelling to ski races/events at Lake Louise Ski area. The rooms are smallish and could be redone/painted etc. The beds are super comfy and quiet so for us that was fine as we were only going there to sleep anyways. Higher maintenance travelers may require more than what was offered. Some...

Rooms appear to be falling apart, peeling wallpaper, mold covering the bathroom ceiling, dirty walls and doors, dripping tap on the tub and chipped and scratched surface. Food quality doesn't match the cost either. Overall, disappointed. Rooms definitely need to be renovated. Staff is friendly, only upside.

We chose this place for its close access to the slopes, and there were 6 of us traveling, needed several bedrooms and kitchen. We arrived here Christmas day and stayed until New Years. I had never traveled on Christmas and needed assurance of services on the holiday. This met all of our needs. Reception was friendly. We stayed in a...

Booked a one bedroom with kitchen. It only had two burners and no stove so cooking was a bit of a challenge. Nice enough room. Good closet space with all of our gear. Found the room a little cold but it was -20 outside. Didn't eat at restaurant as not many gluten free options. We picked up our groceries in...

Hello ladywithceliacs, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our gluten free pizza is usually a hit in Timberwolf and we also offer Gluten free pasta among other items at our various Food and Beverage outlets. We will look into the maintenance issues that you had with your stove in your room.

I just returned from 5 nights at the Lake Louise Inn. We generally try and ski on the Family Day/Teachers convention weekend and stay at the Lake Louise Inn. This has been a tradition for 4 or 5 years and for a while the tired and run down rooms/poor food was OK because the price was good. While the price...

This hotel needs updating and shows a lot of wear. The beds are horrible. Walls are thin. Shower head is too low. Breakfast is gross. Timberwolf restaurant is ok. Your better off to eat the breakfast buffet at the bistro at the ski hill. It's $3 cheaper, more selection, and better food! I was willing to overlook the poor areas...
