The pandemic derailed our other holiday plans so we stayed in Alberta and did a Rockies getaway. Paradise Lodge and Bungalows is located close to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, two of the most popular places to visit. We booked a charming little Wilson cabin for an overnight stay, which gave us an early morning start to visit the two lakes. The cabin was cute, cozy and rustic. They are older but certainly well-appointed with modern amenities. We booked here due to the comments made by another Tripadvisor review who was conscientious about cleanliness (bringing their own cleaning products in case they wanted a once-over) and we could attest to the high standard. The COVID-19 they practiced were top-notch throughout and considered an overall strength of the showing, including at check in and in the cabin which was spotless and clean. The gas fireplace was a nice touch as well as the minor amenities included. Note the Wilson cabin only has a shower. The only drawbacks for us were the higher peak season pricing in early September and we noticed the cabin floor had a very slight slope to it (off level) which wasn’t an overly huge ordeal for us but may affect some guests. My inlaws stayed at a Wilson cabin nearby and noticed the same. The cabins are smaller and may be an issue for extended stays, but they do have alternative lodging that is more spacious. Overall, Paradise Lodge and Bungalows was a good value proposition for the Lake Louise area where properties are typically on the expensive side. I felt they had very good protocols to keep guests safe and healthy for the night we stayed. Please indicate if this review was helpful or not as it will help me determine where to focus my future review efforts!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The rooms were comfortable and we were facing the mountains and woods. The beds were comfortable. And best of all it was walking distance to Lake Louise. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this lodge!

We stayed at this place when we were in St Louise. It is comfortable, very central location to all lakes, treks and many beautiful lookouts. The reception staff was amazing and very helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped with coffee, tea, oats, granola bars. Kitchen also had basic essential vessels and cutlery. Beds were comfortable and a nice balcony to relax in the evenings Highly recommend this place

My wife and I took took my senior parents out to Paradise bungalows for a weekend getaway. We stayed in Mt Little cabin and my folks stayed across the lawn in unit 42 (I think). Their unit had two large doubles. One at each end of the unit with washroom in between. That was great as they each had a bed to themselves. My wife and I had a queen or large double in the cabin as well as a Large bathroom with separate shower and an old style claw bathtub!. The full kitchen was great as we could cook dinner for all of us and also sit comfortably at a supper table big enough for 4. The good size deck off the side and back gave us a nice spot to have morning coffee and enjoy the views. The hosts Cody and Katrina were wonderful and very friendly. The other staff, housekeeping and garden staff were also very friendly and professional. The units were SPOTLESS!. THANK YOU for the great weekend and hope to come back again soon.

This is hands down my favourite place to stay in Lake Louise. Nothing beats a small, family-owned and operated business, especially with all the luxury accommodations to choose from in this town. The property is gorgeous, especially the back cabins and views from the bench and swing at the back of the lot (looking towards forest, valley, and the mountain range of the Lake Louise ski resort). Despite its location conveniently close to Lake Louise (approx 10-15 min walk so you can avoid rushing up there to get a parking spot), the cabins really make you feel like you're on a quiet wilderness retreat. They are spotlessly clean, very quaint and comfortable. I found the bed super comfortable and had great sleeps here. Cat and Cody (and all the friendly staff) will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I will keep coming back here for years to come!
