Fantastic value accommodation, pet friendly room is awesome, close by an off leash park! Breakfast is amazing, hot food and so much good quality choice, direct quick shuttle to the ski hill, hot tub for afterwards. What more could you ask for at such a reasonable price. We highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the Mountaineer Lodge for 3 nights to ski at Lake Louise and we were delighted at the proximity of the hotel to Lake Louise Ski Resort, the comfortable room, and amenities of the hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, and ski locker storage, laundry room, and hot tub were all great. We would definitely stay here again!

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The Rocky Mountains were a delight to behold. This has been on our Bucket List for a very long time. The service was over the top and the food was delicious.

stayed for one night at Moutnaineer, the staff is very helpful. Pros: Location - it is just few min away from Lake Louise (a mesmerising lake in Banff National Park). Rooms are clean, they should add some kind of foot mats that can trap snow and dirt from the shoes especially for the rooms that are accessible ONLy from outside. Cons: There is nothing negative but could be improved. The breakfast room looks so dull, there is no vibe and it feels like you are in some kind of hostel. Overall stay is comfortable, breakfast is Ok (could be better with the same items).

I messed up the dates for booking the dates I was supposed to be there. I received an email from Mountaineer lodge for confirmation and realized I mixed up dates and was still in Alberta. I called front desk and they corrected the date and didn’t charge me extra which was a really nice thing to do… was on the road for over a week and just lost track of dates and hotels so they were very accommodating. Our dog loves staying there as well and it’s very clean for a pet friendly room…I like the fact that there is no carpets… makes a huge difference in keeping pet friendly rooms clean…

Very nice stay. Beds were nice. A little soft for my liking but not a fault of the hotel. Staff was great. Food was also very good. I would stay again or gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. Hot tub is nice and big. Could be a degree or 2 Warmer. And the jets are a bit loud but not a deterrent to staying in.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and recently remodeled and the breakfast provided had many choices to choose from. I only wish there were options with two beds for the pet friendly rooms because the pull out couch is not a comfortable option to sleep on.
