At a first glance we thought this would be a great little place to stay. Turns out It was disgusting, under the bed was big dust bunnies, garbage and someone's old hat, the water was so cloudy you definitely would not want to drink it, the toilet did not flush and the shower would not get hot. There was also some very questionable people in and out of the building as well as around it.

Convenient location, close to major streets and across from a Safeway grocery store. Clean rooms with sufficient facilities including a full kitchen, great for long stay or travel with families. I stayed for 2 nights then 1 night shortly after. Hosts were very nice, they let me keep my luggage onsite after the first check-out, before the second check-in the the third time after I completely checked out, when I needed to go out. He also called me when the room was ready and put my luggage in my new room. Bottom line, it's not a fancy hotel to pamper yourself but if you are looking for a convenient stay and full basic service (including not having to worry about looking for a breakfast place), this hotel is a economic choice and you will be happy.

Hi there, I would like to be refunded by the con artist which you call one of your workers. I stayed at your hotel from Friday 12th November to 14th November 2021. I was originally only supposed to stay for 1 night but we decided to stay for a 2nd because so far we had no complaints. We went and asked your staff if we could add on an extra night which he replied saying it would be $140 for this. We decided to leave it until we figured out what we wanted to do. We seen on booking.com that we could book for $20 cheaper so decided to do that and didn’t think this would be a problem. We went back to the same guy a few hours later just to let him know we booked an extra night and asked if we could keep the same room which he replied with “I don’t like this” meaning he didn’t like the fact we managed to get our room for $20 cheaper than what he told us. Anyway we left it at that. On the day of checking out, it was still the same guy. He asked me for my room number - I asked if I could have my security deposit back which he then told me to wait at reception while checks our room before I can get my deposit back?!?!?! I have never heard of this before. I have never heard of a receptionist having to go check your room before you check out. 5 minutes later he came back and told me that the towels had some “cosmetic stains on them, and the cleaners will need to hand wash them” so he told me I will need to pay $20 for this. It just so happens that is the same amount that we managed to save when booking our room. I am absolutely appalled at his service. I want my money back because I had noticed when checking other people out their rooms, he did not do this. I also think this is very contradictory of him, considering our room was dirty and when we came in. The towels were also not completely clean. I want my money back.

Pros - Great location, close to a lot of restaurants, next to a Safeway, can easily walk to many places in 20 mins - Good customer service, front desk staff were very attentive and kind. There was a minor leak in the ceiling vent and they had it fixed right away while I was out. - Includes a free simple breakfast (mini water bottles, soup in a cup, granola bars, yogurt, fruits, scones) - Comfy Bed - Full kitchen - didn't need it but might be useful for others Cons - Room could use a little more cleaning, noticed some areas were dusty - Not a con for me but could be for others - there are no elevators but I'm sure staff could help you out Tips 1) there are some strict rules that were clearly placed on the table for you to see. Make sure you read it, its not hard to follow but good to be aware of. (example if you make a stain on the bed you could get charged) 2) When checking out - front desk staff asked for my room number and that was it. Didn't confirm my name. Make sure to just double checking that they checked out the correct room and confirm your name. I didn't have any issues as my deposit was returned but in that moment it felt "too easy" to check out. What if they misunderstood the room I was checking out for and charged me for staying after check out time? Could happen but luckily it didn't. Overall would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location - we could get downtown with a short 15 minute walk. It is also bang opposite a Safeway and some local restaurants as well, making it convenient if we wanted to eat out or quickly whip something up in the in-suite kitchen equipped with almost anything you may need to cook. As many reviews have stated before, don’t get turned off by the dated carpets in the hallway and dim lighting - the rooms are cosy and well maintained. We stayed during Stampede and the owners generously gave us two complementary cowboy hats - much appreciated! 🤠
