A one night stay on a long weekend , travelling with our 2 dogs. The location was right downtown, the service was great, parking turned out to be less then originally quoted. Overall, this place met our expectations and the price was reasonable.

We stayed here for 2 nights, we are a family of four. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. But we should have asked for a lower level as being on the 20th floor made us all feel a bit nauseous. The Bathroom was tiny, there was not much room to put any of your things. The undercover...

The room had adequate space and felt comfortable. The same can be said for the bed - it was quite comfy. Considering it was on the edge of downtown it was very quiet. The Light Rail was right out the door which was very convenient. Would stay there again if I visit Calgary again

I had Toyota Sequoia truck with me. Underground very low height ceiling was bit scary as compared to my truck's height. Pipes on underground parking's ceiling touched our truck's roof. Checked-in & we got to know that $24 extra per night is being charged for parking. A surprise while checking-in.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you were not aware of the parking charge at time of booking. We regularly call the other Calgary Downtown hotels to ensure our parking rates are among the lowest available. As with most major cities all parking lots in the city centre charge to use their facilities. Once again -...

This hotel needs to be updated. It's downtown in a nice enough area but it seems trapped in the mid 90's. Fresh paint, new furniture and new fixtures would go a long way. Staff was pleasant and I did get a good nights sleep but I would chose another hotel next time I visit.

Service and staff were good. Our junior corporate suite was essentially a standard room with a couch. Pool is small and the are wasn't overly clean. Lobby was freezing cold though that's nobody's fault. The hotel is dated and in need of some refurbishing. Got a package that included parking, $20 at the Moxies and early check in late check...

Great location, poor quality of rooms. When we came in, we received the wrong room keys. So they were replaced (the young man at the counter was very friendly and helpful). When I came to my room, the heater did not work (minus 20 outside) so the room was freezing cold, there was no shower curtain. When I tried to...

Wasn't off to a great staff from the beginning. Staff at front desk seemed disinterested, our room keys wouldn't work and had to be reset a couple times but that's ok I can live with that. Be prepared for incredibly long waits for elevators and sometimes having the elevator light switch off and decide nope, not picking you up this...
