pool side rooms are a little dated and very loud till 11pm. Can't say they are worth the $$ as you have very little sitting area by the pool. The hotel itself is awesome, super friendly staff, excellent lounge and restaurant. Staff we very helpful and got us our passes to the telus centre for cheaper!!

The hotel is past glory. The waterpark is totally vintage. The rooms are comfortable but tasteless. Now, I stayed at the hotel because of a meeting, which made sense. It is close to the airport (free shuttle). It is close to a decent size shopping mall (Sunridge). I prefered having my meals elsewhere, since I do not enjoy breakfast buffet...

Stayed at BW Port O'Call for business. It was nice to be greeted with great smiles. The hotel lobby is very nice. My room was large and very clean. Ordered room service. It was quickly delivered and meal was good.

Awesome amenities and comfort for people brining kids. Above and beyond along with great value. Pool area is fantastic. Staff is accommodating. Breakfast buffet is great so you don't have to leave the premises.

The Port of Call was in Calgary when I lived here in the early 80's. It has been very tastefully up dated. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner, and the prices are very much in line compared to some on the other hotels in the airport area

We stayed in the honeymoon suite. A very comfortable and spacious room! The staff in this hotel are awesome, from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the service was fantastic and the food was delicious! We did hear airplanes (to be expected from an airport hotel)...

Staff were very helpful and pleasant, bed was very comfy, Lounge was relaxing. We lived in Calgary for more than 10 years and have moved to BC in 2010, we never had any experience at this hotel whether it was for leisure or an event. Needless to say, we would definitely stay here again if we visit Calgary again.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous !!! The front desk people ( I'm sorry I cant recall your names ) go above and beyond !!! They pay close attention to details and always remembered our names when they spoke with us !!!!! Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The pool is outstanding!!! We ate several times in the Sky Harbour...

I stay here when I need to fly out of town. The amenities in the hotel are great, the rooms are always fresh. The heated underground parking is fantastic and reasonably priced. A must in a cold Calgary winter.

I picked this hotel because I have stayed here many times before and the staff have always been more that helpful. The hotel is always well decorated and clean, the beds comfortable. I will use this hotel again.
