We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay. We noticed that the bathroom sink drain was clogged and the staff took care of the issue immediately. Staff was super responsive and very kind. Parking lot in the front does not have many spots, but the rear has plenty of spaces. The breakfast area was nice and spacious. I wish that the kitchen staff emptied the garbage receptacle more frequently. It was small and filled up quickly.
The beds in our room were plush and not that great for us. However this could just be personal preference.

Hotel's Favourite
Fantastic staff who were really helpful, lovely room and nice breakfast. Great location as it's a short walk to 39th Ave Calgary TD which gets you into the heart of the city. They were happy to let us leave our hired Harley Davidson close to the main entrance.

We had a good-sized room, not well lit, with a large mini-fridge (no freezer), microwave, and two comfortable chairs. The AC worked well but was a bit noisy and woke me up in the night. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well lit with plenty of counter space. We had a low-flow shower head and a slippery tub. We could hear the dull roar of the traffic going by the hotel. Breakfast was good but the room was crowded.

Our 2 Queen Bed room was very spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. It was also very quiet. The hot/cold breakfast was wonderful and was open longe.r than most places. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. A treat was the complimentary coffee machine in the Lobby which provided a fresh variety of coffees, hot chocolate and hot water (some tea bags would have been nice). The breakfast room also had the coffee machine and provided tea bags. The only issue was the TV would loose the station with static noise for a few seconds every now and then. Will stay there again - close to the Saddledome for concerts, etc. 👍🏻👍🏻

I was in Calgary for the marathon, the start of which was an easy walk from the hotel. The staff were very accommodating, the room was comfortable, and I would recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a room convenient to the Stampede grounds. If you’re travelling light, the walk from the 300 (airport) bus stop is not too far.

This is very conveniently located to downtown Calgary - less than 10 minutes away - with parking and breakfast both included. The staff were very friendly, and upgraded us to a king whirlpool, as well as lending us a snow brush in the morning (first snowfall of the year). Great experience. We will likely be back for future Calgary trips.

We had a Wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Calgary Centre!! This was a great mini vacation for a nights getaway! This hotel is in a prime location with lots of free parking and easy access to the Rapid Transit to enjoy the many attractions in Calgary, Alberta!! We will definitely stay here again!!!

I enjoyed my stay in Feb 2021. The staff was amazing (even offered extra towels with the kids and the jacuzzi). Room was clean. Bed was AMAZING; I slept better than I have in ages. Very COVID-conscious space with plexi-glass partitions at the desk, signs in the elevator saying just one family or group, hand sanitizer provided at all main doorways/elevators.

The front desk staff were friendly & helpful in answering any questions. All staff & visitors wore masks & hand sanitizer was available. Restrictions were posted regarding use of elevator. Feel every effort was made to make our stay safe. Because of covid coffee & a bagged breakfast which you take to your room was provided. The bagged breakfast was perfectly fine. Rooms are spacious & very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had been travelling for over 18 hours, due to flight interruptions, an we arrived a day later than planned. The hotel staff changed our reservation with no charge and ado allowed us to check in a couple hours early for some needed rest. I would certainly stay at this hotel again:

I have never had that happen. This hotel has never pre charged me for any stay and I have stayed here a lot.
Not sure? Laundry or Dry cleaning?
In my travels its relatively the same at most hotels across North America.
$5 wash and press a shirt. Socks and underwear $2 to 3 each item. $15 for a suit. There should be a coin laundry or dry cleaner close by, do a map search in the area, it’s alot cheaper! Hope this helps.
There are, (I’m a smoker) but they are doing away with them as they’re in the middle of renovations. After renos, none will be available. (Just ask when booking)
